Imagine sleeping about 30 feet from the Caribbean Sea, listening to the waves, in a super comfy King bed and watch the sunrise from bed, or draw the blackout curtains and sleep in. Mermaid musings possible, as the condo is decorated island style with a life size Mermaid hanging (by local artist Barbara Gelardi) on the wall above bed. Furniture is high quality wicker/rattan and wood/seagrass. Kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. Bathroom is fully tiled and has Caribbean blue granite vanity top. High ceilings throughout and ceiling to floor windows give views from every room! Bedroom has a portable A/C for your comfort.
Location of this Mermaid Grotto is centrally located to west end beaches and east end attractions, boardwalk, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The pool has recently been upgraded with new pool furniture and pool decking.

Beautiful location and even more beautiful condo. Easy check in and out. Owner was so kind and attentive. Unit is spotless and bed was so comfortable. Cook wear was the best. Our recent stay at Rose’s condominium was from 3/27 to 4/5/26. We loved the location with the beauty of the ocean as well as the resort!The condominium met our expectations. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and all of the appliances were working. We did not need to go to the store to buy condiments or tools to use in the kitchen, as the unit condo was fully equipped. There was easy parking for your car. Great Location on a budget!

The check in process was smooth and the ambiance represents what vacationers are looking for. Also, the constant sound of waves crashing against the shore was very relaxing.

Great stay, id recommend having a car, nothing is super close by. Very clean and had everything you will need in the house even scuba diving stuff! Only downfall is no AC but other than that it was very good.

Fraud, fraud, listed for amenities. Prop manager refused to communicate or return all monies paid.

I don't understand what you are saying. Please explain. My place sleeps 2 as stated, 4 people showed up and instantly left saying "you're going to cash out". Not sure what that means. The unit was not advertised having air conditioning (but now has been installed). I NEVER received any correspondence from you requesting return of any monies. Maybe you booked thru a 3rd party??? Please disregard earlier review of you, as it was meant for a different guest. I have NEVER had a bad review, actually quite the opposite. Many people book directly with me and are very happy, but booking directly, does not allow any review besides the accolades written in guest book.

Our condo was great! It was perfect for our needs. Clean, cute, quiet, in very good condition ; I think even prettier than the pictures show. It felt very safe. It had everything we could need: snorkle equipment, beach chairs, coolers, a safe, grill. We enjoyed the large beautiful deck overlooking the pool and ocean; ate most of our meals out there. Great view! Rose was an exceptional communicator. She immediately responded to our questions, and was very helpful. It didn’t have air conditioning, but the cooler night temperatures and the ceiling fans kept us quite comfortable, especially with the ocean breeze. It does not have a swimming beach in front of the property, if that is something you need. We recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again if we return to St. Croix.
