The Oceanfront Primary bedroom, situated on the top floor, offers breathtaking sights, and on clear days, a glimpse of Catalina. The first floor unfolds with an open layout, granting ocean vistas from the gourmet kitchen, dining room, and living room. To the right upon entering the bottom floor, discover a second bedroom, featuring a cozy bed and a desk equipped for work.

Pack n' Play or air mattresses for children are available on request.

Property Notes: -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-The outdoor patio space located in the back of the property is shared with one other unit
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
-No pets or animals allowed
-No guests or parties

This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 14% will apply

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Leave your car behind and immerse yourself in the local vibe! In Manhattan Beach, cars are optional for experiencing the best the area has to offer. If you're using this as your LA vacation home base, don't worry—we provide onsite parking for your convenience.

Embrace the local lifestyle by strolling, biking, using scooters, or cruising on skateboards. Just a heads up, though—bikes aren't allowed on the elevated walking path, so stick to the other charming options for getting around!

NOTE: Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
