We’re so glad to hear that you found the unit beautiful, clean, and enjoyable itself, but we’re genuinely sorry that the circumstances surrounding your stay took away from your time in Portland. Being in the heart of the Old Port is something many of our guests love, but we completely understand how frustrating the unexpected noise and activity must have been, especially with several unusual events happening during your stay. The building evacuation and nearby festival were circumstances outside of our control and not something we could have anticipated, but we’re sorry they affected your experience nonetheless. We truly care about our guests having a wonderful stay and never want someone to leave feeling disappointed. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue looking for ways to make the experience and expectations as clear and comfortable as possible for future guests. I understand the parking situation can be a bit tough and it's because the apartment is right in the center of Old Port so there isn't much space for parking.
