LAKEFRONT LIVING
You will love lakefront living and the convenience of having your boat slip within a short walk. The community dock is in a great deep-water swimming spot. Bring a boat, or rent one locally, to fully enjoy sunny summer days on the water. You can cruise to quiet coves for swimming or fishing or head to a waterfront restaurant for a bite to eat. In the evening, be sure to check out the stunning sunset views from the dock.

SPACIOUS INTERIOR
Inside, the open concept main level flows nicely for everyone to spend time together. Stylish décor and furnishings combine to provide the perfect upscale lake house vibe. Ample seating in the great room gives everyone a spot to watch TV or warm up by the glow of the gas fireplace.

Unique accents like a live edge center island, concrete counters, and a copper farm sink highlight the well-equipped kitchen. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, there is also a second refrigerator in the laundry area for extra items. Come together for home cooked meals around the dining table that accommodates twelve. Bar seating in the adjoining kitchen provides additional space. Sliders open to the deck for outdoor dining or easy use of the gas grill.

The media room adds to your living space as well as doubling as sleeping quarters with a queen sleeper sofa. Settle in to watch a movie or take advantage of the yoga mat and hand weights for a light workout.

Furnished with a king bed and TV, the main level primary suite gives you the comfort you deserve. You are sure to wake up well-rested and ready to tackle Deep Creek Lake adventures.

Upstairs, the loft is a fun hang-out spot for friends or family. Play shuffleboard and arcade games or use it as a quiet space to catch up on your reading.

The roomy upper-level primary suite is decorated in soothing tones that will help you unwind. From the sofa to the king bed, there is plenty of room for relaxation while you watch TV.
Bright and airy with shiplap walls, the upper-level bedroom with a king bed and TV promises to deliver a good night's sleep. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids. It has two, built-in duobunks, a TV, and room to play.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Parklike outdoor living space includes a large deck with a hot tub, small dining table for four, and lounge seating. At the bottom of the deck stairs, there is a beautiful pergola that hangs over a large concrete dining table (seats fourteen) that serves a dual purpose as an outdoor ping-pong table. At night, the entire back yard lights up with landscape lights.

The focal point of the back yard is the large circle patio with built in bench seating and the extra-large fire pit. Lots of outdoor games like corn hole, horseshoes, and can jam are stored and available for family fun.

AREA ATTRACTIONS
Just minutes from favorite vacation activities, restaurants, and shops, it will be easy to plan your itinerary for excursions. Swallow Falls State Park is not to be missed, and it is only four miles from your doorstep. Stunning waterfalls, river views, and scenic hiking trails will thrill your crew.

A fifteen-minute drive takes you to Wisp Resort where year-round fun awaits! Their outdoor adventures include white water rafting, golf, skiing, snow tubing, ziplines, and a thrilling mountain coaster.

Pets are permitted with a fee. $100 per dog, maximum 2.

4WD/AWD or snow tires are recommended when visiting the area during the Winter months (November-March).

To reach the dock, you turn right out of the driveway. Walk to the gravel path that will be on your right on the left side of the home Gathering Place. Follow the gravel path to the community dock. As you look at the dock from land, the dock slip for Gathering Place is the first full U slip from the left (#2). The docks can go in the water on April 15th but are not guaranteed until mid May (based on weather). All docks will be removed by mid October.
