About this space
Located one block away from restaurants and shopping in the heart of Saugatuck, this 1bd 1ba suite has a private entrance, dedicated parking space and all the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Your suite is on the second floor, and includes a small balcony for your morning coffee. The futon couch in the living room folds out to a second queen bed. There are three suites in the home, and each have their own exterior entry door. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the shops and dining in town!
The space
Your suite is the entire upper level of our home. You will access from the main front door and immediately climb a flight of stairs where there is another locked door to your suite. The stairwell is quite steep, so keep that in mind if you have any issues navigating steep stairwells. You will have access to the private balcony. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and the futon couch in the living room folds out to another queen size bed. Bedding and towels are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap. The wifi is excellent throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Note that the oven is a half-size of normal. You will have one dedicated off street parking spot with a marked sign for Unit 3.
Guest access
You will have access to the front door, stairwell, and suite, as well as the dedicated off street parking space.
Other things to note
There are two other suites in the home which may have guests staying at the same time. The oven is only half normal size, so NOT great if you are coming to bake or eat frozen pizza!
