Relaxing Pool Home with spacious parking, close to Flagler Beach & Daytona

Enjoy this newly renovated spacious (split floor plan) pool home in Palm Coast (Quail Hollow). Centrally located, in a residential neighborhood - this home is only 10 minutes to the famous Flagler Beach, 20 minutes to Daytona and 25 minutes to historic St. Augustine. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master suite with King Size bed , 42" HD smart TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. Guest bedroom #2 has Queen size bed with a 40" HD smart tv along with a large closet. Guest bedroom #3 has a Full size (Double) bed with a Twin fold down futon bed along with a 40" HD smart TV and large closet. The large living room has plenty of space to kick back and relax. With a 75" HD smart TV, games, puzzles and books there is plenty to keep yourself entertained. The kitchen is setup with everything you might need and the cabinets are stocked with common items like utensils, dishes, cups, etc. The entire home and pool area are equipped with fast & free WIFI. The grill and outdoor dining area is great for entertaining while enjoying the pool, hot tub and covered screened in lanai. Screened in garage is available for additional entertaining area, motorcycle or vehicle parking. Please note, if using for a vehicle, only 1 vehicle will fit inside the garage at a time. The large U shaped driveway provides parking for 4 vehicles. In addition, there is an additional parking area along the side of the house (behind fence gate). This parking area is large enough to accommodate 2 additional vehicles, or a boat, motorcycle trailer or even a small RV (please see photos).


Other Things to Note:

After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be emailing you a rental agreement (from Anthony & Melanie Vining) to sign. This agreement MUST be filled out and signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.

Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located on the front of the house facing outward toward the street. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video and sound at all times.

We had the most relaxing vacay! Hot tub was super and we were able to control how hot we wanted it. The house was sparkling clean. Nice house, pet friendly, quiet neighborhood, and close enough that we were able to quickly and easily go to the beach, an amazing dog and kid park nearby, and Nights of Lights in St. Augustine. Very good communication from hosts.

Great Florida vacation stay

The house was decorated with a relaxing theme. The house had all of the modern conveniences and was so well organized. The rooms were spacious and very accommodating for a family vacation. We loved the screened in porch and pool.

Amazing!

We had the best week ever! Spending all day in the pool with family was amazing. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The place was nice and clean. I definitely recommend you don't need beach towels they have plenty.

Great place!

Very clean, cozy and inviting! We were happy with the kitchen and all of its amenities, as we cooked a lot and mostly from scratch. The kids loved the pool and catching lizards! The beach decor and organization makes it feel like home away from home! It was very close to visit some of our family. The location is great for hunting, air boat rides and the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back someday!

Perfect little home away from home!

Me and 4 of my friends stayed here for Rockville 2025. It was spacious, and a great distance from the venue (Daytona Speedway). It had awesome amenities (especially the pool after boiling all day at the festival!) We had everything we needed. The hosts were amazing and VERY easy to communicate with. When an issue arose, I was notified immediately and the problem was fixed before we even got back!

Wonderful

We just loved the house, it was clean, smelled good and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our family and we plan on staying again. The owners responded very quickly to all of our questions.

Great granddaughter

We arrived to see our granddaughter and great granddaughter for the weekend. This VRBO was the cleanest home we have ever rented!! It was very well appointed including all the necessary accoutrements to make a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back. The Host was very accommodating and was extremely easy to communicate with! A fantastic 4 generation gathering!!!

Amazing home and neighborhood!

Our stay here was awesome! Place is very clean, great neighborhood with wildlife and neighbors are friendly! The pictures do not do this place justice! We have stayed at several VRBO’s n this is by far the best one yet! Enjoyed the convenience of the pool and it was only a quick 15 minute drive to the beach! Several eating option within a mile and grocery stores. Very convenient! We would highly recommend this place!

Perfect for our family’s needs

We came to the area for a funeral and wanted a nice, quiet place where we could deal with our loss as a family. This home was just perfect for our needs on this trip. We were relieved to be able to bring our dogs (the floors in the main body of the house are tile), and the dogs enjoyed having a yard to run around in. The hosts were even kind enough to loan me a hose so my dog could play in her favorite sprinkler to cool off. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms exactly as pictured. I planned meals ahead and successfully used the kitchen and its tools to feed our family and extended family nearby. This kitchen is better outfitted with dishes and tools than the dozen other rentals around the country that we’ve tried. The pool, hot tub, and speakers on the lanai were a delight. The only suggestion I would give is for the owners to consider putting a few ceiling fans out there (maybe 1 over the table and 1 over the seating area near the door to the yard). This home served us well and we are grateful that we had the opportunity to stay in it during our trip.

Palm Coast

We had a wonderful stay. The house and all the linens were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Each bathroom had a couple extra rolls of toilet paper. More than enough towels for the bathrooms and pool. The hot tub was nice and clean. The pool was so much fun, but no toys or floats for it. Also no beach chairs or anything for a trip to the beach, so make sure you pack it. Instructions posted for trash and recycling made that simple. Another plus is you don’t have to wash the towels before you leave. Check in and check out was a breeze. The owners were so accommodating and we couldn’t ask for better communication with them. We had a blast at this beautiful property and can’t wait to come back!

We just returned from a last-minute three-night getaway and absolutely loved this place! Everything was as good or better than advertised. The home is well-equipped, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. Strong, easy-to-join Wi-Fi, Roku smart TVs in every bedroom, and even properly marked fire extinguishers show the owners' attention to detail.The arrival process was smooth—we received the door code ahead of time, and it worked flawlessly. The owners/property managers were quick to respond and very gracious.The location is perfect—just 1.3 miles from Super Target, Publix, and tons of food options—yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. The garage is deep enough for a full-size vehicle (up to 200") with room to close the door.We loved the clean pool and newly updated pool deck. The fully fenced grassy backyard was great for relaxing. The nearby Flagler County airport has no commercial flights; we enjoyed watching the occasional small plane without any noise issues.Flagler Beach is only 15 minutes away, and heading south on A1A takes you to beautiful county and state park beaches with easy boardwalk access and no beach traffic.Truly a fantastic stay—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Family gathering

Property was clean and neat with many thought out amenities. Suggestions: a ceiling fan or two could be installed in the lanai. The garbage pick up schedule was different on the fridge posting than in the binder. The shower floor is very slippery! There is a trip hazard at front door walkway edging. The pool pump makes a noticeable gurgling noise. Important, our small breed dogs could easily escape from the fenced yard beneath the dbl gate and at fence hole behind the storage shed, -almost did! The TV programming was difficult to navigate. All in all was a good experience and would do again.
