Great location! Quick walk to the beach and easy access to the Bike Route for walks. Very close to the restaurants and local market. Easy access to/from downtown Savannah. Comfortable house/beds, but lacks full kitchen supplies (enough coffee mugs, silverware, etc.) No beach/pool towels are provided, so make sure to pack your own! A few amenities were broken while we were there (ie. garage door keypad access and night pool lights).

Fabulous house with lots of outdoor and indoor spaces for gatherings, yet plenty of space for privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Great outdoor pool space. Easy walk to the beach and/or shops and restaurants. Easy drive to historic Savannah. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Amazing Property

A perfect vacation property with attention to detail an obvious priority. Highly recommend. Property Management (Southern Belle) were amazing to deal with from start to finish as well.

The place was new and beautiful. We cooked in for dinner and there were plenty of kitchen cooking utensils . The pool was very nice . Water was a little cool . The pool hasn’t been cleaned out before we arrived so had to remove debris from the bottom . The top deck was enclosed but unfortunately the cushions on the deck were not vacuumed or cleaned and dirt hit all over our clothing . Washing machine wasn’t working properly so ended up with wet clothes that never got clean . Communication with Vrbo was good . Needed to drive to shops

We do want to mention that we experienced a significant storm just before your arrival which unfortunately impacted the pool area and deck cushions. We sincerely apologize for this; our pool and surrounding area are cleaned twice weekly when weather permits, and the storm created conditions outside of our normal maintenance window. We're sorry this affected your experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll give us another chance to host you again!

Perfect in every way

What a lovely beach house. Very new property, everything is super clean. Pool was great complete with floats. TV outside was so fun and so was the fireplace. The two living spaces were nice for the parents and teens in the evenings. I can’t say enough about this property- it was just perfect.

Excellent Vacation Digs

We had a multi-generational vacation in this place, and can't recommend it enough. Grandma and Grandpa loved the elevator - it made dealing with luggage and groceries a snap. The kids and adults loved the pool and the awesome pool area (shower, bathroom, bar). It was great. Only one negative that we experienced: the security system loudly announced the unlocking/opening of exterior doors. Sneaking away for a sunrise on the beach? Expect everyone else on the second floor to wake up when you leave. Being able to mute this would have been great.

Great stay with a few frustrations

The property is beautiful. With that being said, spending $6,000, we had some hiccups. We were under the impression that the 2nd floor had the separate living room and one queen room. All 3 queen rooms are on the same floor. The pool was filthy. No skimmer and no way to clean all the bugs and Beatles out of it. There was an American Flag laying on a bench in front of the garage, laying in some sort of blue cleaning agent. The kitchen sink was not draining and the garbage disposal did not work. The kitchen sink and garbage disposal were fixed the next day. The flag and pool situation were not fixed. Also. The gas grill that is available to you does not have gas provided.
