The Outdoor Space:

Relax in the private, fenced-in back patio complete with a large outdoor sofa, propane fire pit, grill, dining table, and hot tub where everyone can enjoy time outside together.

This home has a private driveway that can fit 3 cars. There is also plenty of street parking. There is a large outdoor shed where you will find anything you need for a day at the beach.

The Pier House is directly across the street from a public basketball court.

The Indoor Space:

On the main level you will find the living room which has a large sectional couch with a queen sleeper pullout bed, kitchen, full bathroom, a cozy sun-filled reading nook, and one of the three bedrooms. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a desk area with option to use a second computer monitor if you need to get some work done during your stay.

The other two bedrooms are located on the basement level. The master suite has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, and full bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, and twin-size trundle bed. This room can sleep up to 4, all beds are all sturdy enough for adult use.

Continue the family fun in the basement common area which has a foosball table and pac-man game. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Location:
The Pier House is close to fun family attractions like mini-golf, Aquaboggan water park, and the drive-in theater. Also, just a short 25-minute drive to Portland and Kennebunkport.
