Welcome to Bird Island View Retreat!



This 2-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront condo is the perfect Lake Conroe getaway with a fully-equipped kitchen, newly renovated, and a view that can't be beat! There are boat slips steps from the condo available for day use and access to a nearby boat launch for boating, fishing, and water sports! Being located in the Seven Coves Resort, you get access to the amenities that are all nearby the condo. There is a community pool, a playground, tennis courts, and a basketball court. With a restaurant just steps away, everything you need is conveniently located! We can't wait to host you!

*Please note that the elevator is currently out of service; stairs are required to access the second-floor unit.

For future guests, we want to make a few things clear: the listing states this is a second-floor unit and that the elevator is not operable or reliable, so it should not be depended on. We understand mobility needs are important, which is why we immediately offered to fully refund the stay as soon as there was a concern, and we even provided options for first-floor units in the same building; the guest chose to remain in the unit for a full week. The elevator and exterior/common areas are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. We strive to provide a great experience, and our other reviews consistently reflect guests who enjoy the property, including the balcony and overall stay.

North lake Conroe getaway

Had a wonderful time at this property. Great view of the lake and lighthouse. Good location for what we needed to accomplish in our time here. Amazing response time from owner/manager. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice appliances and excellent location to the wave restaurant for food and drinks. Thanks for such a memorable vacation location.

Great views!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The updates are beautiful. We loved the lake views and surroundings. The only issue was the upstairs neighbors were very loud. Other than that we loved our stay.

Great Family Getaway

This was a great property for a family getaway! We had plenty of space and enjoyed the lake views. Property had all the basics but we’d suggest bringing extra paper goods and your own cooking supplies (I.e. pans, cutting boards, etc). We loved the proximity to get on the lake and enjoyed eating at The Wave right next door.

Nice condo

Nice view of the lake and lighthouse. Cute decor. Needs blackout curtains in the front bedroom as the lights from the parking lot shine directly in.

Very Comfortable Stay

The condo was clean, newly updated, and had a great view of Lake Conroe. It's spacious and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, sheets are soft, pillows are flat. The windows have blinds and pretty curtains, but the light from the parking lot shines through the master bedroom as well as the early morning light, black out curtains would be helpful for some. The kitchen has basic essentials - pots/pans, spatula, cutting board, salt & pepper, cooking spray, NO toaster so we used the oven to heat our bagels. The Ninja coffee pot makes both drip and/or Keurig cup coffee and was very good, easy to use. Bathrooms are both a good size but come with only 2 rolls of toilet paper each so you may want to pick up a small pack if you're staying more than a few days. Just a mention - the sofa bed is in the master bedroom not the living room like most places and is a futon that is pillowed. It does not provide a level sleeping surface as the back rest and seat, when laid out flat, are each raised causing a dip between them in the center. (apologies if this explanation is not clear) We didn't sleep on the futon bed after all. The communication with the management company was very clear and the check-in process was easy to follow. We really enjoyed our time in this condo and will book again to stay this summer!
