The kitchen could have been better stocked with pots/pans, hot pads, utensils, etc. there were some issues with noise level from the condo above us. Also, another guest decided it was ok to take their dog in the pool.

The unit was nice. We had a few issues that needed attention and the management company responded quickly. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool is just a few steps from the back porch.

Great location

My family had a great stay. The location is excellent, directly across from the beach. The interior could use an update and a deep cleaning, but still clean and comfortable. The beach service made the stay well worth the price.

Very clean, very nice. Definitely will stay again.

We spent Thanksgiving week at Chateau Le Mer and had a really nice time. We loved that we could have our dog with us! The property was very clean for so many dogs being around. Nice pool and close to the beautiful beach!

Great experience for being evacuated

Our dogs were comfortable and so were we. The property management were incredibly helpful and kind with our situation.

Home Away From Home

This condo was everything the description said. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. It was extremely clean and well supplied with household goods. We will definitely be staying again.

Over all we lived it here. But having a disabled husband and people taking up spots was very frustrating. My husband has lung issues and is on oxygen with that being said he can’t walk very far so we needed a parking spot close to our condo. We had to complain few times about golf karts and people with no parking tags taking up spots so we parked on the grass so my husband didnt have to walk far.

Golf vacation

This was my second time of staying on the properties. Both times now the accommodations have been wonderful! Very convenient to the beach and other activities. Quite and clean properties. I would highly recommended them, and looking forward to booking there again.

Perfect!

We stayed during spring break - family of 4 with 2 dogs! This property was everything we hoped for! Short walk (not even 5 mins) to the beach. It was very clean and comfortable! Definitely hope to stay here again and highly recommend it! Check in/Wi-Fi/codes all went smoothly!

It was a nice place with a decent prices.

It was out first time staying here and we enjoyed it. Easy to communicate and check in process was very convenience. Although, we have to cross the street to the beach, but it was no traffic or any difficulty . There are restaurants nearby within a walking distance, the areas are quiet and safe. Overall, it was good.

Location was very convenient. Close to beach. Unfortunately, too close to the pool where there was noise late at night and early in the morning. Unit could use some TLC.
