We loved the place. Super clean, modern and a feeling of true paradise. The windows with the ocean view make it a breath taking view of the beach. The views are phenomenal and spending time with love ones makes it that much memorable. The climate control for each individual room/area was amazing! This is definitely a place to stay.

Great place to stay for families! We were going to Rocky Point for a medical mission and pleasure. This condo met all our needs except have to remember to bring our grilling utensils. Unit supplied the large tongs for grilling but no large spatula to flip the steak. The front desk said they did not have any and have to use what the unit supplied. Otherwise I still give it a 5 with the view. Amazing view!

This condo is beautiful! It has the perfect location and we loved our stay! They are still finalizing many aspects of Phase 3 like the pool but the owners were wonderful about communication and letting us know what to expect.

RP Spring Break

This condo may be one of the finest in Rocky Point. We have been renting at Las Palomas and Sonoran Sea, Sun & Sky for 15 years. Hands down, this is the nicest condo we have rented. Well appointed with all the necessary amenities! We will be back next year!

Talk about highly satisfied! Condo was amazing and clean! We have been going to RP for over 30 years, and by far the best condo we have used. Cynthia and George, they were amazing to work with, very responsive to our questions and needs. Cannot wait to plan another trip!

Great place and great host

This place was fantastic. I have stayed at numerous place at las palomas for over 20 years and have to say this place took the cake. Beautiful place, best beds that i have slept in a VRBO ever in my life. My friends also commented on the comfy beds. Cynthia responded with in minutes to any requests. I will stay here again for sure. The best one yet. Thank you again for being a great host and fantastic place.

Beautiful relaxing holiday weekend

This condo is the nicest we have stayed at las Palomas. We loved the modern feel, the cleanliness and newness of phase 3. The area is still under construction, but the pool was huge and not over crowded so much more relaxing. The beds were comfy loved the little details like the providing of shampoo and conditioner, enough toilet paper and paper towels, an ice maker and coffee station. A lot of rentals skimp on the little things but it did not go unrecognized here. We will be back again I’m sure!

6/10 – Okay

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
Our group of nine stayed at this condo the first weekend of October 2025 for four nights. It was our third trip to Rocky Point and second stay at Las Palomas (first time was in Phase 2).Pros:The views are incredible, and since Phase 3 is new, everything feels modern and stylish. Two king rooms face the ocean with balconies; one king room has an ensuite but no view.Corner unit, so it’s quiet with no noise from neighbors.AC kept the condo very cool.Daily housekeeping available—fresh towels on request. We only needed towels and trash removal.Beds were all very comfortable.Cons:One patio door was broken from a previous guest; after a “fix,” it got stuck open for the rest of the stay. The second fridge didn’t cool initially but was repaired promptly. The ice maker stopped working for two days, then started again after some troubleshooting.Lost all water pressure one night due to Las Palomas plumbing maintenance—apparently happens occasionally. The king room behind the kitchen had a strange odor from the AC at times. Two showers didn’t drain properly, flooding the bathroom floors. No towel service at Phase 3 pools yet—you must go to Phase 2 for towels and return them. The host was responsive at first but became annoyed while traveling abroad. Las Palomas staff, however, were amazing—very responsive and accommodating. I recommend contacting them directly for any issues and documenting all defects upon arrival. We’d absolutely stay at Las Palomas again but at Phase 2.

From the moment Connie checked in I was receiving 5 text a day. I personally sent a handyman in twice to resolve her concerns. The ice maker worked, the 2nd fridge was cooling, he found no smell. This was someone that wanted a discount, felt a little like blackmail. This was one of my worst rental experiences in 6 years. Do not rent to Connie Loken.

Über den Gastgeber

Zu Gast bei Cynthia and George

Bild für Gastgeberprofil
George and Cynthia are professionals in the Valley of the Sun and have fulfilled their dream of buying a new condo directly on the beach at Las Palomas 3 in Rocky Point. They say, "Barcelona 810 is our dream 2nd home and we are thrilled to share it with others that will appreciate it as much as we do!"

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Las Palomas 3 is brand new with updated Amenities and Outdoor areas....we love the new designer touches! We wanted to be directly on the ocean, it is Cynthia's dream and this was our chance to fulfill it! Las Palomas is the "Place to Be" in Rocky Point!

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Barcelona 810 in Las Palomas Phase 3 is right on the beach and faces out to the ocean. It does not face out to the pools or the construction! It is truly peaceful with perfect views of the ocean! So relaxing, no noise except for the waves!!
