Top Tier Cabin

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin! It’s perfect for families and even pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus. The cabin was incredibly clean, and the beds were super comfy, ensuring a restful stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the game room kept the kids entertained for hours. We highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be returning again!

Wonderful!!!!

Pines and Recreation was a dream. Very secluded, super clean, wonderful hot tub, fire pit and play room. My teenage boys hardly ever picked up their phones! There was shuffle board, pool table, air hockey table and ping pong table. They had a blast. Also the beds were soooooo comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Spring Break Getaway

My family and I absolutely loved the property! The listing is just as described online. Plenty of room for our family of 7. We couldnt really enjoy the balcony and the outdoor space due to so much pollen, but the gameroom was absolutely perfect! The beds were so comfortable that my husband asked me to find out where I could purchase the linen from!!! Needless to say we would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Trip

We had a great stay here! The cabin had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need! It was very quiet and secluded just like we had hoped for. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, play set, and the upstairs game room with pool table and shuffleboard. It was like having 2 living spaces, which made it nice when just hanging out at the house. Maybe consider getting a few family board games, but other than that the stay was perfect. You could definitely stay here with multiple families, too. We enjoyed it! Brent was very responsive and the check in/out process was simple. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

Comfort & Luxury

The house was great! We are a family of 4 and the upstairs game room was great for family time and the couch and fireplace downstairs was so cozy for late night adult time. Beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the sheets are top quality. Definitely looking to book here again!

Great relaxing Spring break

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this beautiful cabin! Everything you need and then some. My kids (9 & 5) loved the deck, hot tub, outdoor play area and especially the upstairs game room. The owner was very responsive and even sent someone over to help us figure out the outdoor fireplace. Our only feedback, which wasn't a deal breaker was the "street"/driveway to this cabin is rocky and VERY steep. I have an SUV but not 4 wheel drive and I was worried a couple of times we wouldn't get up the drive. The area around the cabin is little more thick brush than where we've stayed in the past so I didn't feel as comfortable letting my kids roam further out alone but it was nice feeling little more secluded, not right next door to another cabin so again not deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property and many places to relax

Enjoy weekend getaway with our three kids and the grandparents. Really enjoyed the many places to have fun and relax. Kids had lots of fun with playground and adults enjoyed relaxing in upstairs and main floor patios as well as enjoyed the nicely upgrading bathrooms. Great property!

5 star rental!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home and look forward to staying again. The host is responsive and helpful and the location is perfect between Broken Bow and Hochatown. It is beautifully decorated and extremely clean and organized. We immediately felt so relaxed and at home here and the porches are just the icing on the cake. We felt like we were in our own little world.

Beautiful, Peaceful, and Fun

We truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super clean, beautifully decorated (as pictured), and kitchen was fully stocked with necessary pots, pans, and dishes. Enough plates, utensils, cups for a crew of 12 if you need it! We enjoyed making s’mores around the campfire and star gazing at night from the upper balcony! Air was a total treat to hear all the nature sounds and even witnessed some shooting stars! Loved it all around and would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful cabin in Broken Bow!

This cabin was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My kids loved the upstairs game room! All of the windows make for a beautiful view in every room. Having access to a grill, hot tub and fire pit made for a fantastic vacation for my family. It was also very easy to get in touch with the owner if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful getaway

Before arrival, I received all information needed for ease of locating the house and checking-in. Once inside, the house was well cleaned and welcoming. It was a nice getaway where we felt immersed in the quietness of the forest. The kids enjoyed the many bunk beds and activities on site. Good location to get to hiking and restaurant areas. Highly recommend!

Awesome!!!!

Loved how secluded this cabin was!!!! I felt safe letting my 7 year old daughter play outside on the playset without constant supervision. The outside setup was great! My kids loved watching movies from the hot tub. Beds were super comfy and tons of space. This place was also more stocked than any place I’ve stayed. The kitchen had everything (except salt lol), bathrooms had really good shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Would definitely stay here again. I would say only negative (and not that bad at all) was the very steep driveway.

I can’t say enough good things about Brent and Pines and Recreation. We started a new tradition this year spending Thanksgiving in Broken Bow and this property had everything we needed. The place is gorgeous! Incredible views, beautiful sunsets, peace and quiet. We also celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday over the weekend so I have one small suggestion…a hand rail would be helpful in the stairwell. Thank you Brent for being such a wonderful host. We will definitely book here again.

A wonderful vacation for all

Location is perfect, near Broken Bow downtown and the park and touristy stuff, and we don’t have to deal with traffic in Hochatown. House is perfect for 2 families with kids. Bunk beds were sturdy. Beds and couches were so comfortable. There were enough games to keep kids entertained. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only very minor complaint is that I wish they had more towel hooks. Brent was very good with communication and all his instructions were clear. We would choose to stay here again the next time we're in town.

Love, love, love this home

Love, love, love this home. It is secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac so you have privacy and do not get all the dust from the main road. You cannot see any of your neighbors from inside the home or the two decks! It is conveniently located between Broken Bow and Hochatown making traveling between the two very easy. We love the game room and spending time in the hot tub. Very lovely home with lots of room to spread out. The host was very responsive and friendly and made sure all of our needs were met. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfection in the Pines

We arrived to a clean property! The location was perfect, nestled deep in the pines in a cul da sac. If you want comfort and a peaceful trip in the woods then this is your place! Don’t hesitate! The owner has thought of everything and this made our stay so perfect! We cooked out, there is a great meat market right next door! The hot tub was super relaxing, and the fire pit area was set perfectly for hearing whippoorwills and frogs.. the second level patio was like a dream, setting right at the top of the pine trees, coffee there and bird watching in the mornings were a real treat! All the appliances are luxury upgrades.. and the bed was super comfortable. We had a perfect little getaway and we WILL BE BACK! Do yourself a favor and stay here!!

Amazing

Stayed at this property for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was beautiful, clean and functional. I worked while at the property and had no problem with the wifi connection. When reaching out to the property manager we received immediate responses and a helping hand. Arrived at the property after dark in the cold rain. The home was well lit and warm. I was able to easily find a mop to clean up our foot prints. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Hot tub was clean and warm when we pulled back the lid to enjoy. The views from the upper deck were great for morning coffe. There is plenty of space for a family and lots of available activities. No need to even leave the cabin. The only suggestions i have would be to add a towel rod or hooks for hanging your wash cloth or sponge in the shower. I would also suggest moving the placement of the pool table as its impossible to hit the ball in certain places on the pool table because of the wall. These two things would not stop me from staying here again or recommending the property. Overall still a solid 10 out of 10!

Memorial Day Weekend to Remember!

We had an amazing time at this GORGEOUS cabin over Memorial Day weekend! The cabin was just as beautiful in person as it looked in the listing. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Check-in was a breeze. Our family had a great time gathering here. We enjoyed the game room, the stunning views, the playground for the kids, and the super comfortable furniture...truly everything about the place! If I had to mention one minor issue, it would be the can opener (but we made it work and had a good laugh about it, lol). Also, the roads leading up to the cabin were a little rocky, but just take your time. Follow the directions provided by Brent-they're spot on, and he is an EXCELLENT host! If you're thinking about booking this cabin...DO IT!
