Beautiful, newly updated home located in Cape Coral, Florida w/ a spacious open concept. We also offer three separate work spaces for the remote community. Indulge pool side on our spacious lanai w/ a fully equipped grill and plenty of seating for the whole group! Enjoy game day on the 75 inch smart TV. Everything in this home is brand new. 25 minutes from RSW Airport and Fort Myers Beach. Perfect place to relax and unwind. You won't want to leave!
The space
3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, pool and spacious lanai with a privacy fence. Open concept living space with a full kitchen, laundry, WiFi and TV’s.
Other things to note
We have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 sofas, and 1 queen air mattress. Please let us know if you plan to have more than 8 people.
Guest traveling via Air will need to rent a car to transverse the area.
There are no neighborhood sidewalk systems. Side streets off the main road systems are generally quite and walkable with caution.
Parking is restricted to the driveway only. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in the street. Please make appropriate arrangements with your group prior to your arrival. The driveway will accommodate four (4) standard size vehicles.
Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill. A list of locations nearby will be given with check-in instructions.
Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
No Smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.
No weapons are allowed on the property.
No parties are allowed
No unregistered guests allowed in home without prior permission from host.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
The person who creates the listing must be a residing guest for the entire stay.
No parking is allowed except in the driveway (4 vehicle maximum).
No parking along the street or in the grass.
Moving furniture is not allowed. All furnishings must remain in their original position at all times.
BBQ Grill must remain in its original place and not be moved. Grill must be cleaned by guest after use and the propane must be turned off. There will be a $35 extra fee deducted from the security deposit if grill is left dirty or the propane is left on.
No diving in pool.
All garbage and waste must be properly disposed of in designated containers.
Guest agrees to treat the property with care and maintain a safe and clean environment during their stay.
Guest will notify the property associates immediately of any damages that may occur.
Guest will notify property associates immediately of any breakdowns of property systems or appliances that may need repair.
Guests are not allowed to attempt repair of any property contents or systems.
No candles allowed on property.
Owner requires a fully refundable $500 security deposit prior to arrival.
All reservations are subject to owner screening and approval before they become final. This will occur within 24 hours of the booking.
