Beautiful Pool Home with Gulf access
We invite you to stay at our newly built and fully furnished 4-bedroom house in the beautiful waterfront city of Cape Coral, Florida. This luxurious vacation home is perfect for families and couples who are seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
Nestled in a quiet and serene neighborhood, our property offers stunning waterfront views and is equipped with an electric heated pool for ultimate relaxation and sunbathing in complete privacy. The modern design and spacious layout of our house provide a stylish and comfortable living space for all guests.
The location of our house offers easy access to the local attractions and outdoor activities, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful city of Cape Coral. Whether you want to spend your days sightseeing or simply lounging by the pool, our property will provide an unforgettable vacation experience.
Please note that renters must be at least 25 years old and must be present during the entire stay, as this is strictly enforced. A valid Driver`s License and/or State ID will be requested for all bookings. We do not allow anyone under the age of 25 to book a reservation.
Our property is not pet-friendly, and we strictly enforce this policy. In the event of an unauthorized pet being found on the premises, the renter will be asked to remove the pet immediately and will be charged a non-refundable fee starting at $500 and potentially up to $1,000.
Smoking is also strictly prohibited on the premises. If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay a fee of $300.00.
We provide our guests with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in each garbage can, plus 2 extras, 1 kitchen paper roll, and some detergent and dishwasher tabs. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional consumables they may need.

Electricity Usage: Electricity is metered at check-in and check-out. Guests are charged $0.20 per kWh for their actual consumption during their stay.

A visible profile photo on Airbnb is also required to confirm booking.
