Recently renovated and updated by our design team, this charming historic home is equipped with modern luxuries, and located in downtown Mystic. Our home is perfect for families, friends and foodies. This home is actually two townhouses combined, The Avery Suite and The Coates Suite. There are a total of 6 bedrooms, and 4.5 Bathrooms. Two full kitchens, two family rooms, two dining rooms, and plenty of outside space with a deck and two patios. The first floor layouts were designed with gatherings in mind. From the chef's kitchens and ample dining areas. Whether preparing your own meal on the grill, in the oven or picking up take out from the many restaurants in town, it's the perfect inside/outside entertaining space! Each townhouse has it's own EXTERNAL entrance. There is no inside link between townhomes.

Sunlit indoor rooms, meticulously designed, restored, and furnished, by our team, to embrace the maritime history with a special touch, so you don't feel like you are in a museum. The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining, reading, working or just lying around....You decide whether you want sun or shade! The kitchens are fully stocked with all the basics and equipment you need - we provide those little "essentials" like a coffee maker and blender/juicer, coffee, tea, creamer along with condiments and basics. With both townhomes there are six bedrooms and four two full bathrooms. The entire home has high speed WIFI access and smart TVs in every bedroom for your Netflix/Prime Video and other subscription accounts. Also there is an Amazon Alexa/Sonos system. The family and dining rooms are spacious and cozy, and a great place to enjoy gathering with family and friends. After dinner take a short walk (3-5 minutes) downtown for the "best ice cream in CT" or see the famous Mystic River Bascule drawbridge, which opens every 40 minutes on the hour in the summer months.
