Our home offers a spacious and inviting living area, furnished with a large sectional couch and a TV for relaxing evenings in. Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own TV for your private viewing pleasure. The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, the second a fun bunk bed set, and the third another cozy queen bed.

For those who enjoy cooking, our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need (excluding consumables). The bathroom features a sleek shower/tub insert for your convenience.

Step into the garage for a round of pool on our pool table, or just chill out with the TV and mini-fridge at hand. Outside, our partially fenced yard offers a small patio set with a propane fireplace and a relaxing hot tub, ideal for those cool evenings.

For everyone’s safety, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras, including one overlooking the hot tub area. These are positioned for security purposes only and do not monitor any private indoor spaces.

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚫You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice.

📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
