This comment and or review docent represents us. Guest Valerie never said anything about being asthmatic at any moment and the outage was for very small time. This asthmatic reason was given after leaving to Vrbo, just to justify the reimbursement. Nor less that this events are out of our hands, we did had communication and Valerie did not give it some time for the power to come back and rushed into moving to some place else. We are sorry that in PR we have had this power issues, but its something we can't control. We do let people know that the place docent have generator, but is a new gorgeous place, with AC on the complete apt for a great price per night, washer and dryer, complete kitchen, etc... and close to a Wonderfull beach area "Piñones" Many blessings.

We are sorry for the transportation inconvenience. It's the first time that happens because all other guests have come to the property with no problem. Nor less in PR the Uber service is not that strong on hours from 12am to 5am, in all the island. On the arriving time, as you told us you guys arrived at 3 am we sent the address and google pin the day before in case we couldn't be reached at that hour. In other hand the property dose have linens for up to 6 guests, but you booked for 4 guests and there is a charge for every guest after 4. That's why we did not leave the linens for the couch. I know that if you guys didn't had the transportation problem you would it loved it better because is very good location to go either San Juan, El Yunque, or the East Cost to Vieques and Culebra. We hope next time you are in PR, renting a car is easier and more convenient. Thanks for staying with us. Take care.
