Has potential

The downstairs of this house has fun decorations and beautiful floors and kitchen area. They’ve done a nice job with the place downstairs. But the 8 wasps we had to kill in the living room and kitchen area was not fun. We couldn’t open the drapes or blinds because that’s where they liked to hide. The stairs and upstairs need work. Cobwebs and bugs in corners of stairs and front big windows. Stained carpet in one room and closets are sketchy. Dirty wall and doorknobs, dusty carpet along the floorboards. No towel racks in either bathroom and no toilet paper holders either. Interesting faucets but the one upstairs was very slow draining so you always had a pool of water when using. One small bathroom upstairs with one shower was a little inconvenient for 4 adults to share. Nice bathroom and shower otherwise. Overall, I feel like this house needed more work before they had people stay. The upstairs bedrooms especially. The beds were comfy though.

Thank you for your review of the property We are always looking for ways to improve and we will do so. I was unaware of a wasp problem, the cleaning service did not mention it. I'll have the exterminator service check into it. As far as the carpet in the bedrooms, it is less than a year old. There is one faint stain in the 3rd bedroom that could not be all the way removed. The stairs were replaced 3 years ago, if they were not clean I'll address this with the cleaning service. Duly noted on the toilet paper holder and towel racks. These items have been addressed. There was hair in the upstairs drain pipe and hat was addressed. As far as dusty door knobs and cobwebs, I'll address this with the cleaning service. Thanks again for pointing these items out, again we are always striving for improvement and this helps!
