This recently rebuilt home is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in a gated fishing community. Perfect for family or friends gathering. Located in Marathon Key. Within 1.5 hours to any of the Keys you may want to visit during your stay!
The driveway offers parking for 2 standard vehicles. A patio with seating for four with a minifridge and deep freezer can also be enjoyed on the ground level. Step up the stairs to the private patio with seating area located at the entrance of the home.
Enter the home with a smart-lock keypad to find a welcoming living room with a Queen pullout sofa and two swivel chairs. A full kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. A large kitchen island features 4 bar seats and a dining table perfect for 2. A full-size washer and dryer. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and towels provided.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has direct access to a front facing balcony along with an in suite full bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower. This bedroom features a King bed and a bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and a Full on the top. Two large dressers to store all of your items.
Bedroom and living room have plenty of common space for hanging out, relaxing, playing games, etc. All rooms have a flat screen smart TV. High speed Wi-Fi. Pool Towels Provided.

Quick walk to Walgreens, Dollar Tree and a few of the local restaurants. Approximately 1.5 hours to any of the Keys and approx. 1 hr from EYW & 2 hr from MIA.
Getting Around:
Please, Drive slowly and with caution in the neighborhood. Many families walk or bike the property. Parking for 2 standard vehicles in the driveway under the home (no trailer parking). Free street parking is available along the service road outside the resort.
Can get around by bicycle, car (rentals available at FL Keys Marathon Airport), Uber/Lyft or bus.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. Keyless entry. Free parking on-site guaranteed for 2 standard sized vehicles. No trailer or boat parking. No pets permitted. All guests must be a minimum age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent. For stays longer than 30 nights, each guest in the home must complete a background check for the Ocean Isles Fishing Village HOA with a $50.00 fee per guest.

I will not be on the premises. Unit are managed by KeysTime Vacation Rentals. No in-person check-in required. Digital access to the property via keyless entry codes to condominium. Condo unit code will be provided no less than 24 hours prior to arrival date. Maintenance is accessible during the same.
