The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of sun and surf. The room is tastefully decorated with coastal-inspired accents, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Well equipped kitchenette. Cozy seating with flat screen TV and strong A/C for your comfort.

To maintain a clean and healthy environment, we have a strict no smoking policy throughout the entire unit. Smoking is not permitted indoors or on the patio.

Pets are not allowed in the studio unit; property rules. We understand the love for furry friends, but to ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you make alternative arrangements for your pets during your stay.

This oceanfront studio is ideally located within proximity to a variety of attractions and activities. You can spend your days lounging on the beach, paddle boarding, or riding bikes. All things beach sports related can be rented across the street. Jet Ski rentals are available on the river. Popular restaurants, shops, grocery stores and entertainment options are also just a short drive away: Daytona 500, the boardwalk, Ponce Inlet to name a few.

16 ft trailers are allowed on the property EXCEPT during Bike Week or Biketober. Trailer parking available in the area for additional fees. Please contact me if you have any questions.
