Location, location, location.......first floor, no elevators and only steps to the beach access ramp.

Beautiful and relaxing Ocean View from the patio and beach access is just steps away from the south gate entrance or from the pool deck.

Kick back, relax and enjoy this professionally renovated First Floor Studio Unit.
Direct Ocean Front Studio offers a large patio overlooking the beautiful sand and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the sound of the ocean waves lapping the shore. Incredible views of amazing sunrises.

Unit has a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, stove, full size microwave and refrigerator, Queen size bed and a futon chair/sofa (twin). Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

Our Unit is privately owned and located at the infamous Hawaiian Inn Resort; a Daytona Beach Shores landmark - an older established property. Free parking. Gated entrance only steps away from the unit. No need to go thru the lobby or deal with elevators or stairs.

No Trailer parking during Bike Week or Biketoberfest. Outside of those events, parking is available for trailers up to 16 ft.

Jo was an excellent host. The unit was just as described. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, clean, and had all of the supplies we needed for our stay. Convenient location, large pool with spacious deck, indoor heated pool and steps from the beach. We e enjoyed the 1st floor patio with the grassy area and the very close up beach view. We are hoping to return again this time next year.

Great place, wonderful location!

This room was very clean and updated. Jo was very quick to respond when I had a question. The room has beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay with beautiful beach - AC worked really well, good shower pressure, appreciated all of the towels and linens. It was also great to have the items for the beach right there to enjoy. We made good use of the kitchenette for breakfast and so it was ideal to have all of the cooking supplies there that were provided. Just needs the construction and pool to be finished up! Thanks!!

Very cute studio condo

Very cute condo, perfect for two people. Great view of the beach, comfortable bed. Pretty much everything you need in the condo. Very clean inside. Putt putt golf course right outside of the room. Close to the pool and exit/entrance to access the beach.

Our place was very clean had all the essential items, including condiments, and towels

Reach View in Access were great. Had a very nice neighbor who was a permanent residence. Maintenance people were phenomenal however, did not need them. Great atmosphere would definitely go again.

Daytona Beach ocean front condo

This room was exceptionally clean, bed and pillows comfortable, kitchen fully stocked plus coffee and extra seasonings available. We fix many meals during our stay. Trip was for relaxing, tanning and walking on the beach. Room was on the ground floor, away from noise and sunrise views were incredible. Pool was clean and beach busy but beautiful. Would definitely stay in this unit again!! The hosts were very accommodating.

Ocean View & Paradise

Everything about our stay was perfect! The check-in process was exactly as described, the unit itself is ideal for 2 ppl. It’s a resort style building with a tiki bar in the pool area- the pool itself was massive in that it was never full, plenty of chairs to lay out, the tiki bar played music and served food & drinks. Everything you can think of was supplied in the unit. The location was perhaps the best part- aside from the amazing ocean view- we stayed here for Rockville 2025, so Daytona Speedway was only 20 min away and seemed as all the traffic leaving the festival at night was in the opposite direction prior to getting to the drive to get over to the beachside. I would book this unit again without blinking an eye if we decide to return to Rockville 26 and of course if it’s available. The hosts were communicative and pleasant throughout. Giving this a perfect rating across the board!!!

What an amazing view!

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend at Jo and John’s place. Communication with the owners was wonderful and open. They never minded us reaching out for a question! The coolest thing about this property is that it is on a resort, the Hawaiian Inn! There is a pool with a tiki bar, easy access to the beach, showers, even a putt putt course. The resort is older, but most of the rooms have been renovated. We don’t mind older when it’s clean, and clean it was. The studio was perfect for the two of us. Everything was brand new, extremely clean, and cozy! Not to mention, there was a bottle of champagne for us on the counter when we arrived. The room was fully stocked and helped make our stay even better. We cooked a good bit while we were there. Most restaurants were within a 5 minute drive. Another cracked egg was great for breakfast and Crabbys Oceanside and Ocean Deck were wonderful for Dinner. We loved playing mini golf at Congo River too! I have saved the best for last, the view! My word what a breathe taking view! The sunrise on the patio is a must when you visit. You can even spot some dolphins in the mornings! This stay hit the spot. We will be back!
