Gorgeous, newly updated condo at the popular Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach. This 9th floor condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay - full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, washer & dryer, walk-in showers, master bedroom w/NEW mattress, full over full bunk room w/NEW mattresses & private access to 2nd bathroom, NEW queen sleeper sofa & balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. It comfortably sleeps up to 6, perfect for families/small groups. Includes a private parking space on same floor.

Private beach access! Walk directly onto the white sandy beach and dive into the warm gulf water. Beach service is available through Aquatic Adventures and Paradise Watersports - be sure to also book your favorite water sport!
The resort is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants that make this area so convenient and unique. We are right next to World Famous Pineapple Willy’s Restaurant and Bar.

House Rules:

- Smoking or vaping is PROHIBITED both inside the unit and on balcony. Smoke detectors enabled.
- No pets allowed. This is a resort rule for all units.
- No illegal drugs or substances.
- No guns or weapons.
- No hosting of parties, events or large gatherings.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

We stayed for a week in July 2025. Weve experienced better and we’ve experienced worse. For the price, it’s not really what it should have been and I realized I made a mistake by booking last minute when I looked back and saw the prices of other condos. Listing states “just updated” however the furniture/updates aren’t recent. I did request some basic cleaning items like wipes and a broom be left and initially I was told to purchase my own however when we arrived it was nice to see that they did leave wipes, disinfectant spray, and a stick vacuum. The master bedroom was not so master. It felt like a small guest room and the bed was short and small. The resort staff are crazy and there was a shooting there We possibly needed to stay one night beyond what was originally planned. I noticed the condo was not booked for the possible added night so I asked the host, for the sake of the night being reserved and having some money generated would they add it on for 100 (since it would have been 0 anyway since it wasn’t booked) or would they be interested in allowing me to deep clean the condo in exchange because it really needed a thorough cleaning when we arrived (I have 32 rentals I clean and have been cleaning large immaculate homes for 4 years) and I got a notification to pay 159 and a message that said “I have professional cleaners.” I did clean the inside of the washer as it had inches of gunk built up in it and the floor which there is no way it was cleaned before we came.

Wiped the floor on the first night and this is what it looked like.

Cops directly beside our condo following shooting so location was a little sketch.

This property is very nice. The room was very clean. There was no cluttered decor. The pool is nice and the elevator wait was not bad at all for this big of property.

Looks nice… but the devil is in the details STAY AWAY

Check in: total cluster. Guy giving parking pass etc, has no clue. Don’t ask for any id, etc..Not sure how they verify anythingFront desk: stupidest process ever . Have to check in, then they give you online link which you have to fill out, then get back in line.You have to park in the “fifteen min parking” while checking in -about 10 parking spaces, and when all full, impossible to get out. Parking garage: Hope you don’t drive anything with a 3rd row or bigger. You won’t fit in the parking space. Jammed up near 2 concrete Pillars.Unit: Wiped up some water from ice chest when unloading, paper towel was black. No way they have mopped in over a month.There is no cable or satellite tv, even though it is advertised. Went hoping to watch NBA finals and SEC tournament baseball, but had a rude awakening. Messages host- who first said “no one’s ever asked that..”, acted like she had no idea if it had cable or not. Then proceeded to tell me someone must have “stolen the direct tv remotes”- interesting as 4 hours earlier she didn’t knowit had any, and there was no direct tv boxes in the first place. This was a straight lie. Just be honest … something she apparently can not be.Complex: do not come here if you want to relax. Elevators take forever. There must not be a minimum renting age, as there were groups of teens everywhere, blasting inappropriate music, etc. good luck finding spot on beach. Even if you rent chairs there are 3 rows of tents in front of you.

Great Resort

We loved our stay here! The pool is amazing, and the beach is wonderful. The room was exactly as described, and it had everything we needed for our stay. I also appreciated the security at the resort. Felt extremely safe walking around. Can’t wait to visit again with our baby boy next year!

A place called home

The condo was perfect for the two of us. There was a bunk bed left over. Obviously newly updated. All new linen, appliances, kitchen supplies. Excellent view of the pool and gulf. Quiet, safe. Took time to find parking space. Numbers don't make sense. No map provided by hotel. Check in confusing initially. Wait for elevators long. Will plan again for next year.
