Loved this property - quiet and away from the crowds. Beach chairs were amazing and the guy that sets them up was really helpful. Beds were comfy and there was lots of space. A few essentials were not there when we arrived, but they were delivered a few days after we already bought what was needed. We left them for the next guest. One or two laundry pods would have been nice… Maybe a little overpriced, but we did enjoy our stay!

Great room and location. We have come to Panama City for family vacation the last three years and this one is our favorite condo we have stayed in. Plan on staying here again for our next stay.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The view was unbeatable - nothing like waking up to the sound of the waves. The location was perfect too. Close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was super friendly and responsive, which made check-in a breeze. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Panama City Beach getaway!

Condo needs significant maintenance. We arrived both sliding doors had no locks only boards in the tracks disposal was jammed up and dumping-nasty water into dishwasher master bath sink hot water was constantly dripping and the water heater pressure valve needed adjustment to avoid whistling all night. Many of dishes were dirty found in cabinet. The property overall had wall damage patches with no paint and the place just needs some love The cost was high based on condition of property

During your stay, our team was available and responsive to maintenance concerns. You had requested that repairs to the disposal not be completed during your stay, and we respected that request to avoid further disruption. The hot water system and water heater were also inspected after your report, and no issues were found at that time. The sliding doors are equipped with track security boards as an added safety measure, and we understand this may not have been your preferred setup. We also appreciate you bringing the housekeeping concerns and cosmetic items to our attention. Feedback like this helps us continue improving the property for future guests.

This place was amazing…the view from inside the unit is gorgeous. And the balcony is one of the biggest I’ve ever seen. Also, it was located convenient to things but also secluded enough to feel relaxed. I would definitely come back…and hope to soon.

Spring Break Trip

We love Gulf Crest and have stayed in this building before. This condo was in a great location for our family and the views were great. The condo could use some regular maintenance and a bit better cleaning on the gorgeous patio and windows looking out at the view. We did enjoy our stay here and would look at staying here again in the future.

I love Gulf Crest and stay there frequently. This was our first time staying in this unit and we will definitely do it again. Paula and her team were amazing!! The unit was lacking some essential kitchen supplies but Paula was on it and brought us everything that was requested. The room was clean and comfortable but tile floors are always hard to get super clean. The beds were very comfy and the kids raved that the bunk beds were too. The shower in the master bath was a plus too! Definitely a great stay and we will be back! Thank you Paula!

My Stay

Very nice place to spend time with family. Only thing I found wrong was there was no ladder to get onto top bunk bed. We had fun. The location was great, away from the big crowds. Very secure place! I will be back next year.

Perfect Location!! Easy come and easy go!!

This unit is located right off of the parking garage so we were able to avoid the busy elevator crowd. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony. The main bathroom could use some updates but other than that we had a great time and would stay again!

Spring Break 2024

Paula was great! We drove through the night and were able to check-in early. The condo was clean and spacious. Gulf Crest is a great place for families with both older children (we had 3 high school seniors) and younger. Lots of activities within walking distance and a Wal-Mart too. Beach is gorgeous.

Clean, pretty and comfortable!

We so enjoyed our stay here and we will be back again! The place was comfortable, nice living room furniture with a comfortable pull out sofa bed, all the linens we needed. Close to the parking lot and close to the beach- since it’s only the 3rd floor. Beautiful view of the beach from here too. Paula was quick to respond and worked with us on our schedule and moving dates last minute due to weather. She was wonderful!
