Completely remodeled Mesa 9 Bdrm home in quiet community. This sprawling property is situated on an oversized lot and has plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy all that AZ has to offer. Hard to find a place of this quality that has space to accommodate such large groups. Open concept floorplan with multiple media rooms, dining room, and basement game room. Huge backyard with pool, covered patio, BBQ Grill, and games. Convenient East Valley location with easy access to get around.

The space
Property has all that is needed for extended family to get together and soak up some Arizona Sun. As you walk through the front door you will notice the stylish decor and eye for detail. Completely updated from end to end in 2023 this home is fully equipped with any amenity you would need for next vacation. Fully stocked kitchen, Dining for 10, and full laundry are all here. Escape to the basement game room and shoot a game of pool or battle your friends in the ESPN pop a shot basketball game. There is TV's at every turn in this house which features 9 big screens. There is bedrooms on main floor and basement so the family can spread out. Outdoor area features covered patio with outdoor dining and ping pong table. Fully fenced pool for child safety with loungers and conversation seating. Pool is massive and has basketball hoop for guests enjoyment.

Guests also have access to RV Parking if needed and 2 car garage.

Property sits in quiet neighborhood that is great for a relaxing getaway. Close proximity to Cubs and A's spring training and just minutes to Tempe ASU and Old Town Scottsdale.

Great place for a group

This place was a great place to stay with a large group of friends. Tons of bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms and areas to hangout. The pool area was large enough for all of us to be in. Close enough to Uber to different places downtown or do a hike.

Amazing family get away

Clean with great central location. Tons of bedrooms and pool/pool table was great. Only thing that would be better would be supplies in the kitchen, having the back yard lawn mowed and pool heated. Definitely worth renting!

We had 8 golf friends. This house is great because everyone had their own bedroom. Would of been great if there were a couple of more bathrooms!

Thanksgiving Reunion

This beautiful home is so clean and freshly updated. My adult siblings have an annual Thanksgiving family reunion, everyone commented on what a great home for our holiday. The huge kitchen has plenty of counter space allowing for prepping and cooking for our dinner. The kitchen came stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices, kitchen gadgets, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc. The layout of this home is AMAZING... kitchen is open to dining, living room, lounge, and fam room everyone felt included! Downstairs is an expansive game room for kids and adults. Big screen TV's in every room/bedroom. Huge large with pool fenced and gated. We made smores and fired up the BBQ (3 full tanks of propane) for extra eats. The huge, covered patio was a great venue for our ping pong tournament. We are so grateful to the host and owner for allowing us to use their beautiful home. Thank you for all the care and thoughtfulness that went into your home. Thank you for all the extras! We hope to see you next year!

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

THE GOOD: Nice big house for large groups in good neighborhood. Lots to do with games and pool. Plenty of space. Only 3 bathrooms inside house, it lists 4. THE BAD: We woke up to a large sewage water overflow in basement. After we cleaned up the mess, owner promptly sent plumber that Sunday morning who only shut down the bathroom, not fixing the problem. THE UGLY: Bart orally promised a refund of one night which we have yet to receive. He will not answer texts, phone calls, or VRBO messaging.
