Welcome to our inviting 2200 square foot, four-bedroom home on a peaceful cul-de-sac in northeast Mesa, Arizona. This serene retreat provides an ideal mix of relaxation and comfort for families, groups, or remote workers.

Picture beginning your day with coffee on the covered front or back porch, then spending hours lounging by the private pool or soaking in the always-ready hot tub, which guests frequently describe as wonderfully relaxing, especially on cooler evenings. The pool benefits from free solar heating, keeping it comfortable naturally. For quicker or additional warming, propane heating is available at $150 per 24 hours.

Inside, enjoy televisions in every bedroom, a full-size pool table for evening games, and three dedicated desks with fast gigabit internet, perfect for remote work or streaming.

The home offers four king-size beds (one room includes an extra twin), a queen sleeper sofa, and futons, easily accommodating larger groups. Ample parking in the expansive driveway and two-car garage adds convenience. The quiet, family-friendly neighborhood at the cul-de-sac's end ensures minimal traffic and a true sense of escape.

Explore nearby hiking trails and natural beauty at Usery Mountain Regional Park or Lost Dutchman State Park, just a short drive away. Enjoy boating or picnics at scenic Saguaro Lake. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME! I’m generally not one to leave a review, much less a negative one, but the reviews were misleading to me. The good…it’s a beautiful home. Good communication with the owner. The fenced pool and hot tub are great. We used the pool table a lot and the kitchen seemed to be stocked with everything you might need. The bad…roaches! The owner offered to refund the rest of the nights, but finding a place last minute three days before Christmas, with four people and a large dog was near impossible. We left all of our belongings on the covered back patio! The home needs a deep cleaning. The floors were filthy, dirty dishes in cabinets, and many of the walls looked like they had something splashed all over them. The owner informed me right before we checked in that there were security cameras in the backyard that would be disabled while we were there, unless we asked otherwise for security when we were not there. This is absolutely untrue! Every time we walked out the back door we were being watched. The patio, pool, hot tub…he’s watching you and your children running around in their bathing suit! I called to confront him and he was speechless proving me right. We covered it with a towel until we were able to leave.

Negatives: truly unclean floors (black feet without shoes) ROACHES coming out of stove while cooking - mostly with oven! Truly thick dust on middle bedroom ceiling fan. Looks like it had never been cleaned. Shower heads were terrible and spraying on different directions. Was not replaced when told property manager-MAY have been slightly brushed off? Air conditioning locked on 72-74. Was able to get property manager to unlock for cooler nighttime temperature. Lattice around patio barely hanging on. Definitely neglected property! Positive: Has potential with enough space if it would be taken care of properly. Not the best neighborhood, but was okay. Will NOT stay here again. I do NOT recommend this property!

Overall a good stay, but property needs improvements/attention.

We enjoyed the yard and the pool and the home size and location were great. However the pool table is basically unusable with the lack of billiard accessories, so we bought a pool stick of our own.The bathroom upgrades were done poorly and main shower is hard to operate. Also the garage door is in very poor operating condition. Also not s fan of camera's in guest areas, as well as over communications with property manager and a list of additional charges and terms takes away from the vacation experience. Less is more.

I’m a vendor at big events and we booked this place to stay because it could accommodate my entire staff and I. It was nice having the large driveway, oool and hot tub and all had plenty of room to sleep comfortably. I would like to book again this year.

Nice winter getaway

House worked great for 10 people. Our kids used the hot tub, unfortunately it was too cold (Jan) to use the pool. Dale was great to work with. Location was good. Looking forward to going back when it’s a little warmer so we can use the pool. :)

Terrific, Spacious house in quiet neighborhood

We recently visited Mesa and were delighted with this 4 bedroom home. Dale was very easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to help us be comfortable. There was a tiny problem with the lights in the kitchen, and he sent someone out right away to help us get it fixed. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and we didn't have any problem with the hot water that another reviewer mentioned. A huge benefit is the attached garage--very nice when it was 115 degrees outside! My only minor suggestion to the owner is to maybe provide a few more, thicker towels. There really weren't enough for all of us if we used the pool. Overall, however, we were very happy with our choice of rental home for our family gathering.

Responsive host, great location

Overall, this property was in a wonderful location. Plenty of space for our whole family, there were five adults and four children. Dale was extremely responsive and available when needed. He was a great host. Overall we liked the home and thought it was a great space, but there were some issues we ran into: - cleanliness: the floor seemed like it hadn't been swept or mopped prior to our arrival. We found crumbs and all had black feet within minutes of taking off our shoes and the mop at the house was pretty gross and not usable. We found dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers, several of the mirrors were dirty, and we actually had to wipe down the walls ourselves because we found what looked to be beverage spills on them. - Electric: we were unable to use the dryer because anytime we attempted, it tripped the breaker. Dale was very helpful with helping us figure out that the breaker was tripped, but unfortunately it happened every time we turned the dryer on so we ended up just air drying our clothes. If the electrical issues could be fixed and the cleaning issues addressed, this would 100% be a 5 star stay, even given the aforementioned issues I'd recommend this place.
