Cozy Cape Cod cottage tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for up to 6 guests (1 Queen/1 Full/2 Twin beds).
Features AC/Heat, Hot Tub, Deck, Pergola, Firepit, Fireplace, Grill, Outdoor Shower, Washer/Dryer. Our cottage has had recent renovations and is located in West Yarmouth near Nantucket Sound, Hyannis and Rt 28/Main Street.
Minutes from shopping, go carts, miniature golf, ice cream or gelato, bakeries, bike trails and 4 ocean beaches.

- The cottage interior is all newly renovated, new flooring, walls, kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops, central A/C (heating and air conditioning).
- If you plan to bring your dog, please indicate during the reservation in this website that you'll be bringing pets, just like you would for the number of guests; otherwise, a $100 pet fee will apply. One dog (up to 60 lbs) is allowed, no other pets are permitted.
- Our cottage is in a great location on Mid-Cape, close to the beaches, ice cream, mini golf, arcade, batting cages, etc. we will send you all the details and suggestions after booking
- Ample parking on premises
- Fully fenced Backyard with a gas grill, outdoor furniture with a wood firepit and outdoor shower.
- Gazebo with hot tub and bar lounge area.
- The kitchen has a brand-new induction range with convection oven, microwave, dishwasher and is fully stocked with condiments and other cooking essentials, such as sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. You will have utensils to cook with and serving ware, coffee/tea station, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is a casual indoor dining area on kitchen island and an outdoor deck for when you are not picnicking on the beach or dining out.
- Outdoor deck has a table and 6 chairs for dining.
- Feel free to use the items in the shed during your stay. We offer beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, backyard games and firestarter for the fire pit.
- Towels are provided (included in cleaning fee) as well as soap, shampoo, Band-Aids, tissues and the likes thereof. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet and iron/ironing board in the master bedroom closet. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
- There are three bedrooms.
- Master Bedroom has one queen bed and a dedicated workspace.
- Second Bedroom has one full/one twin - trundle bed and has a dedicated workspace.
- Third bedroom has one twin bed.
- There is a sleeper sofa couch in the living space.
- Guests have access to a convenient all-in-one washer and dryer
- We do have one pack and play "crib" for small children and a feeding chair, just let us know if you plan to use it so we can leave extra linens.
- In the main living space there is a 50-inch TV with Basic Cable package and Roku TV streaming service. You may stream movies from your own Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon account or other streaming accounts via Roku TV. We have a diverse collection of children’s and adult books as well. Wi-Fi is included.

- Bed linens, pillows and towels are included in cleaning fee. It is our hope that when you stay with us, you can pack lightly and not stress over the small stuff.
