Polanco is a highly pedestrian area, where you can walk to the main tourist attractions and enjoy the street life on its main streets. The area is well connected by public transportation and close to main central attractions through Uber or taxis.

• Service Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Local Time).

• Standard guest support, both in-person and virtual, is provided during these hours. We appreciate your understanding.

• During warmer seasons, some guests have noticed occasional odors coming from the drains, which is common in buildings in the area. We have implemented cleaning and ventilation measures to keep the space comfortable.
