Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this dream cabin exudes warmth and comfort. The exterior is made of warm cement wood, giving it a rustic charm. As you step inside, a welcoming feel of relaxing comfort. You will take the stairway down to your private 1st floor home. Opening up the front door to the entire 1st floor, kitchen, deck and patio. A locked stairwell door separates you from the 2nd floor home and 2nd floor deck.

The living room is the heart of the cabin. A plush leather sofa and a cozy rug invite you to sit down and relax. Large windows offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, an electric stove, and small counter space for cooking. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, with a wood table and chairs that can seat up to 4 people and a coffee table for 2.
Step out on to the deck and smell the fresh mountain air overlooking stunning Mountain Views. Enjoy your morning coffee in one of the 3 seating areas on the deck. Enjoy grilling … a propane barbecue awaits your grilling skills.

The bedrooms are a haven of comfort, with one bedroom with queen-size bed and the other with 2 twin trundle beds. All with soft linens, and warm blankets. The windows offer views of the neighborhood hills, trees and the sounds of the wind blowing through the leaves lulls you to sleep.

The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a shower, and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and plenty of towels are provided for your use.

This cozy mountain dream cabin is the ultimate retreat for those seeking peace, tranquility, and a connection to nature.

Beautiful mountain cabin

Beautiful mountain home. We felt like we were in Colorado. Owner lives upstairs (it is separated by a staircase with a door). At first we were a bit concerned as we have young (loud) children but they were too tired to be up from all the days’ activities 😂. Then owner greeted us upon arrival and was very kind to show my husband around the property. Very clean and comfortable. Was able to cook comfortably as we avoid eating out. Kitchen was stocked nicely with cutlery, cooking pans, etc. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Anniversary trip

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much! The property was beautiful and cozy, just as advertised. The location is beautiful and unique. We spent most of our time during the day rock climbing on the lower slopes of Mount Lemmon, but the little village of Summerhaven is very quaint and beautiful. The location of this house is easy to access and served as a great home base to explore Mount Lemmon. The owners of the property were very hospitable and kind and were so easy to communicate with. They were also very responsive to all of our communciations and provided great directions and instructions. We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Cozy cabin with views and easy access to hiking trails

My adult son and I stayed for 4 nights, and found the cabin cozy, comfortable, nicely appointed, and conveniently located. We especially liked the gas fireplace that kept the place toasty on our winter trip! We spent 3 days on nearby hiking trails, all with great views and wonderful scenery. And we enjoyed spectacular sunrises and sunsets (with unworldly orange and pink hues) from inside the cabin and on the large deck.

Our neighborhood is filled with wonderful locals and offers a peaceful place to sit out on the deck and listen to the birds sing, the rustling of the leaves, and occasional visits of our local turkey family. Fun to watch them from the deck :) Our neighbors are quiet and you will only occasionally see and hear them. We love our little neighborhood! After a day of walking, hiking, bicycling, shopping come home to your deck with spectacular views and barbeque your meal or relax and read a book.
