The condo has a large open area that includes the kitchen, dining room and living room.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped to entertain without any hassle and in all seasons.

Note the adjacent terrace furnished to accommodate a whole family! A terrace heater has been provided for the cooler days.

The living room is super friendly, ideal for movie nights or TV series. He has his smart TV and a gas fireplace that creates a cozy atmosphere.

A small corridor brings you to the three bedrooms. These are all of good size and decorated to the taste of the day.

Note that the master bedroom has its en-suite bathroom (with shower) and another bathroom (with combined bath and shower) is provided for the guests of the other two bedrooms.

Children will have a blast in the bedroom with the bunk beds.

You will find a locker in the basement to store your skis, bikes and others. Note that a workshop has also been planned to clean your sporting goods.

You have access to the entire apartment, including a locker in the basement and two parking lots.

A Finnish sauna is available free of charge during your stay. It is located near the river and is shared by all residents staying in the building.



You will be a few steps from all the restaurants, cafes and shops of Orford!

You will find grocery stores and other businesses in Magog, the neighboring town.

The condo is located between the city of Magog and Mont-Orford.

The region offers many activities, whatever the season: skiing, hiking, biking, golf, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, vineyards, orchards, or even magnificent fall colors at Mont Orford.
