Open area on the first floor, including a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. We also have air conditioning!

The basement has two bedrooms and a family room, which accommodates an extra bed and a washer/dryer area.

But the highlight is without a doubt the large flat lot, perfect for games or evenings by the fire. There is a small deck at the far end, near the water, where you can admire the scenery or watch the kids swim with peace of mind.

This property is distinguished by its terrace where meals during the summer season will be accompanied by a view of the lake and nature. You will be able to prepare your meals on the BBQ and enjoy them outside, in order to make the most of the outdoors.
