This tiny home offers all the essentials you need and more.

Indoor areas include :

-Living area with a queen size sofa bed, side table/charging station, WIFI, smart TV, Stereo/record player, DVD, and board games for family fun.
-Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, and cookware. coffee maker for ground coffee and k pods, French press, and tea pot. instant coffee, ground coffee, and sugar provided. K pods not provided.
-Bedroom has a queen size bed, a/c unit and ceiling fan. Plenty of storage for your belongings, and nightstand with a clock/charging station. Door access to backyard.
-Loft includes two full size beds, nightstand/charging station, and two comfortable big joe bean chairs.
- Bathroom has full size shower with safety rails and a fold out sitting area, shampoo and body wash wall dispenser. Will provide bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and toilette paper.
- Washer and Dryer inside home.
All bed linens provided.

Outdoor areas include:

Plenty of parking with adequate room for a boat, front porch with sitting area, Lighted gazebo, dinning table with seating for six , and fire pit. Charcoal grill and hammock. Charcoal and firewood not provided.
