• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

Good location and fun spot, pictures need an update..

This house is perfect for a home base spot for DT Scottsdale and Tempe. Just bear in mind, it’s seen some wear and tear since the last photos. Also, reach out to the team running it and ask when they last cleaned the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was so dirty we didn’t dare use it (green water, grimy sides). Pool was the same. All the drains for the showers were clogged and the fridge water filter is clogged and needs replacing. The place was cleaned using housekeepers for too long without a property manager upkeeping things. Again, it was fun for my buddies and I with low expectations. I reached out to the team and they said they were addressing the issues. If you rent reach out and ask if the pool and hot tub are properly running and up to date.

Could have been much better

We stayed for a long weekend over Easter. It was just the 4 of us adults. The pluses are that there is lots to do with all the games, pool and hot tub. Living room furniture is comfy. The downside is the bathrooms are tiny, the mattresses on the beds, vary between totally worn to barely acceptable. The bedrooms lack nightstands near some beds or dressers. Instead of closet doors there are curtains. The hot tub is old and worn. Communication from the property manager was non existent. Plenty of other better places to stay.

Disappointed

The property matched ok with the pictures but definitely seen a lot of use since the photo shoot. The cleaning crew did a mediocre job and the hot tub was unusable and disgusting. They did send someone out to address the hot tub within 24 hours but ours was a short stay so we didn’t get to really use it when that was a major draw of the property. For the cleaning and care fees charged in comparison to similar listings, we expected better.

PLEASE BE WARNED

First of all, I want to say, this is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review on VRBO. After staying in nearly 30 rentals over the years, and being rental owners ourselves (my husband and I) I know the impact these reviews can have on an owner/agency/listing. However, I feel compelled that the problems with this property MUST be known to unsuspecting renters, before booking. The biggest issue we had was no hot water for (3) of our 4 day stay. We contacted Rebl Rentals and dealt with several people. Mostly, Dora (the reservations manager). A maintenance man was sent out, and he couldn’t fix it. Then a plumber. It was his impression the entire unit needed replaced, as it was “very old.” He was able to get it lit, but in only stayed lit for about 40 min. (Long enough for some of us to shower!!) This was the only day of our stay we were able to bathe at the rental. Luckily, we had a family member 40 min away, where we had to drive to shower daily. Dora was unable to get in touch with the owners (due to an “Emergency”) and informed us on day 3, we would not have hot water for the remainder of our stay. I’m currently trying to get in touch with Dora and Rebl for a refund (which she stated we would be getting!!) to no avail. DO NOT STAY HERE. *Also be warned, the neighborhood is not great* prob the reason for no pictures/street view.
