thank you for your stay. yes, it's 0.3 miles from Pima Rd based on GPS, and you used one or two pairs of earplugs. We restock all 5 pairs for each turnaround.

For one bathroom does not have a lock: 1st, that house has 4.5 bathrooms, 2nd, the locksmith was called due to one previous group locked that door, and closed that door when going out of that bathroom. We can treat that bathroom as a "public" bathroom among the 5 bathrooms. Thank you for understanding.

When we were communicating, you said you "had a wonderful time", "had a terrific time", and "had a great week", not sure what you need in the kitchen. We put salt, sugar, coffee, cream, cooking oil, olive oil, pepper, paper towels, hand towels, and more in the kitchen, we really don't know what you need. Or you need party supplies? For outside, that week you stayed was the city bulk trash week, and our neighbor put trash outside for several days, sorry for the inconvenience. You asked to check out at 2:30 pm, then 1:00 pm (after we rejected 2:30 pm check out), we know you have a lot of local relatives and friends, our cleaners took 5~6 hours to clean after you checked out, and we asked you to check out at 11:00 am (the default is 10:00 am). Is this the reason you gave us 3 star review? We'll write you a private message and ask you what kitchen supplies you need, so we can improve. Thank you.

The pool is back to normal now, and the option we gave was at a resort/hotel in Scottsdale/Paradise Valley (5.7 miles away). There you can have free tennis courts, free heated pool, free boating/kayaking, etc. The management team paid you extra $ for the gas, but sure, time is more valuable. We do apologize, and this is really out of our control.

you stayed there for a long time, and you reported the drain and shower head issues one day before you checked out. We replaced the shower head within 2 hours after you reported it, and we hired a same-day plumbing service for the drain issue. Rest issues, you’ve never reported, and based on other reviews, we don’t think it’s a true statement. We did not honor your other requests, glad you gave us 2-star, not 1-star.

The only major thing you had was 1/3 of the anchor of the shower door pulled out from the wall, you used this as a reason to request $500 refund, and it was the first time discovered by you, before that, we thought it was in summer, glass can expand, in winter, it can shrink. We have 4.5 bathrooms in this house. You can still use this shower, and you can use the bathtub in this bathroom, you still can use the rest 3 showers/tubs in the other 3 bathrooms. We only spent 20 minutes fixing this problem after you checked out. You said you "miss pre-wedding activities with the family", actually, when we arrived, there were 6 cars on the driveway, and at least 16 people (adults and children) were there, and you claimed you had 11 people only. We did not ask for an extra guest fee, which will be more than $500. Because you have so many people, you used 600+ gallons of water each day and someone in your group did not use the shower curtain to prevent the water from the tub upstairs, the downstairs ceiling got water leak with a water bubble, and we did not charge you a penny. Now we have sealed that bathroom, but in the past 3 years, you were the only group who sprayed water anywhere. For the dryer, you put too many clothes in it, and just straightened the air pipeline and it worked. For the AC thermostat, your guy replaced the batteries, and we put brand new batteries in the drawer. For the light bulbs, that room has 6*60W+2*40W, which should be bright enough, and we still changed it for you. We do agree that in some rooms, we put some 20~40W light bulbs, but it's because some groups used high-voltage hair dryers, so light bulbs died, so that's why we used some low-voltage light bulbs. For the rest issues, you've never mentioned in your text message or phone calls or when we talked face to face. We checked on Saturday. There are 23 chairs in this house, 12-16 are used for the two dining tables. Only one screw got loosened, and we tightened it up, the rest had no any problems. We have 10+ washcloths in the upstairs closet, and we will buy another 18 and put them in the downstairs storage cabinet soon. If you don't read the welcome letter, you may not know where they are. Putting hand towels in the kitchen is a plus, for the convenience of guests, don't know why you complained about it. we have at least 30-50 hand towels, bath towels, and washcloths. The only reason you spent so much time and wrote such a long review was you threatened us to give you $500 refund, but actually, you owe us, not we owe you.
