Günstig gelegen in der Nähe der Scottsdale Road, genau zwischen den Unterhaltungsvierteln von Scottsdale und Tempe. Die besten Restaurants von Scottsdale sowie der Einkaufs- und Modeviertel sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. 3 km zum Old Towns Entertainment District und Poolpartys oder 3 km zur Mill Ave. Genießen Sie den Pool, den neuen Rasen, das Putting Green, das Speisen im Freien, den Fire PIt und den eingebauten Grill oder begeben Sie sich in die Innenstadt, um Scottsdale Spaß zu bieten!

Dies ist ein neu renoviertes Haus mit brandneuen Möbeln und Geräten. Pünktlich zum Wetterjäger und Baseballfans! Ich habe Brettspiele für Familienspaß, Ringwerfen, Putting Green und Boccia-Ball. Rasen wurde gerade im gesamten Hinterhof installiert und ein Putting Green. Ein Esstisch im Freien befindet sich in der Nähe des Pools und des Grill. Eine Tannengrube und eine Terrasse mit Straßenbetonierern sind auch eine neue Ergänzung für diese gemütlichen Nächte.

Es gibt zwei zusätzliche Queen-Blow-ups, die in den Gemeinschaftsräumen für insgesamt 9 Betten verwendet werden können

Der Grüngürtel von Scottsdale verläuft in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Diese lange Parkähnliche Anlage erstreckt sich von Tempe über Scottsdale und eignet sich hervorragend zum Radfahren, Volleyball, Laufen, Golf, Frisbee-Golf, Fußball usw. Scottsdale's beste Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht einmal 5 Minuten Fahrt oder 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.

Ein Einkaufszentrum mit einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, einer Apotheke und mehreren gastronomischen Einrichtungen befindet sich im Umkreis von 1,6 km

Scottsdales neuestes sind öffentliche Roller. In der Nachbarschaft und an jeder Straßenecke liegen Motorroller. Sie mieten für $ 1 / h und müssen nicht an einen bestimmten Ort zurückgegeben werden. Roller zu fahren ist sehr beliebt und macht Spaß, sich zu bewegen.
Der Scottsdale Trolley hat auch Routen durch diese Gegend und bringt Sie überall in der Altstadt.
Uber und Lyft stehen Ihnen natürlich immer zur Verfügung.

The pool was the center of attention!

The space and beds were perfect. Plenty of towels. Unfortunate cat urine smell in back room of the house. All in all I would give this an 8/10.

21st Birthday Girls Trip

Both of my daughters live in Arizona and I live in San Diego. We were looking for a place big enough to hold us all. The pool was the most important part and this property did not fail. The pool was an amazing place to spend our days.

Great Location

This house is great! We took a multigenerational vacation and it accommodated all of us. We were close to all kinds of attractions and restaurants. We loved the pool and putting green. Host was very helpful and responsive!

Great house in accessible location

Had a great experience staying at this house. Communication with host was excellent and the property was clean and filled with everything you’ll need for a fun stay. Couple people mentioned it but FYI, pools in Arizona aren’t heated so although this pool is beautiful, it’s chilly in the winter months (not host’s fault).

Sweet spot in Scottsdale

My husband and I, two year old, and mini Doxie stayed over spring break and had a nice time. Highly recommend this property. We wish we could’ve used the pool but the weather was uncooperative :( Side note-as someone who has planned and attended several bachelorettes, this would be a great place for an out of town gathering.

Great place quiet neighborhood

Nice property. Pool is a little rough and not heated. I should have read closer, but check in was good and easy. The AC was making a noise that was awful in the master bedroom, but hopefully that's fixed as i let the owner know.

I would stay here again if it became a little cleaner. Upon arrival, there were Amazon package wrappers behind the bedroom door, fake eyelashes on the floor and dirty carpets. We expected a cleaner place based off the photos.

Girls trip

This property is in a very convenient location to pretty much everything. The house was very tidy and clean upon arrival. There were a few things missing but the owner was very responsive and had things delivered via Amazon same day delivery in a few hours. It is an older house that could stand to have new windows and the hall bath tub and sink resurfaced but flooring and paint have been updated recently and the decor is cute. The owner was receptive to my suggestions on things that would be nice to have in the house so all in all a positive experience.

Rats ruined our vacation

The home was clearly a quick flip with broken down appliances, peeling paint and poorly installed flooring. Shortly after checking in we found rodent activity. We set mouse traps thinking it was just a mouse. Later that night we saw and heard rats in the home. We left immediately. We asked for a refund as we only got one full day (two nights one of which was sleepless due to the rodent activity). They only refunded us for the remainder of the stay while we also had to find hotel rooms at the last minute. We should have received a full refund.

Would not stay again

Unfortunately, this place lacked the comfort that made our group want to spend time here. I'm not sure why our experience of this place was different than most of the 5* reviews, especially considering we are an easy going group. On arrival, there was a wet towel left on the bathroom rack, used sponge in the sink, hair on one of the beds, and we could tell pets were allowed in the listing due to smell and stuffiness in the air. The fact that the check out directions included a statement telling guests not to bother washing bed top cover unless obviously dirty made sleeping in the bed not comforting. Might be a good idea to choose bedding where all pieces can be washed at the end of each stay. The beds were also uncomfortable and the couch and carpet could use some freshening. Little details like this didn't create a feeling of welcome and comfort that invited us to stay and enjoy the space. Would highly recommend renting a car if staying here as it is a good 10 minute drive from old town and not close to any regular grocery (Food City nearby is not a fully stocked regular grocery store).

The home looks beautiful and so clean in the listing but once you get there it’s a whole different story. Let’s start with the most important thing one rents home with a pool, it was disgusting and murky water (the owner says it’s suppose to be like that because monsoon season but that’s a cheap lie because we literally left to another house and there’s was clearer then a glass of water.) The other issue was the cleanliness of the home, it smelt like an old home nothing refreshing about it what so ever. Walls are suppose to be white but you can see the nasty dirty hands and dirt of walls. Next thing was the beds, the room with double queens make some much noise if you so much just flex a muscle. The room with the bunk beds are dangerous because the ceiling fan is going off inches where your climb to the top. You cannot move around because of the fan (and you can’t even turn off because the string is no longer there) All the beds feel like you’re sleeping on the floor. The host doesn’t seem to care about the conditions of the home. Just seems to enjoy pocketing the money and not doing repairs. VRBO is also no help and customer service is terrible and helpless. I will not be using the app anymore and do not recommend this home what so ever unless you enjoy a rude host that hangs up On you and a dirty home/pool.

Great spot for friends or family

We stayed at this property for a football trip with the boys and it was perfect. Great place to hang out. Amazing pool and backyard where we spent most of our time. Located near a grocery store so super handy to get everything you need for the trip. Great property would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect place to watch a Dodgers game

Perfect hideaway close to Chase Field. House was exactly as listed: clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners communicated quickly and happily answered the few questions I had in a quick manner. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice place to stay. Oh yeah, pool!

Great stay!

Property was clean and well kept. The pool is very big. Our kids had a great time! The location was great! It felt like everything we wanted to do/go was a 20 min drive. Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was the couch in the living room was not very comfortable.

Property Looks Like The Pictures

Our Stay was great!!! We had a total of 8 people sleep comfortably. There was more than enough room for everyone. We came in on a Friday and left Sunday. I would definitely rent this property again. Neighborhood is very quiet but we didn’t receive any complaints. My guests and I were outside enjoying the backyard with music playing. The property is also about 2 miles from a Albertsons grocery store and about 8 miles from Walmart. The only negative thing I would say is the carpet should be changed in the bedrooms.
