A perfect getaway in the mountains. walkable to the Lake, The Village, restaurants, & old western town. Incredible view from our private deck as you soak in our amazing bubbly warm hot tub. Professionally permitted with stylish touches for a relaxing retreat. The 2-story gem features a large fenced backyard. Parking for 2 vehicles. WIFI, Netflix, Amazon & other video features. We welcome well seasoned guests over the age of 25 ONLY, if traveling alone. 1 dog is allowed for a $25 fee per stay.
The space
Enjoy this cozy cabin that's walking distance to all the great highlights of Big Bear - the Lake, The Village, ski resorts, the old western town, and plenty of restaurants. After a fun day out sightseeing, hiking, skiing, or snowboarding, relax at home by the fire or stargaze out on the deck in the luxury of a private hot tub with a beautiful view, grilling with your friends and family. In the winter season, enjoy a hot cocoa as you take a sled down the hill of the backyard and warm up later in the hot tub! Fun times ahead!

There are two large parking spots on the premises, whether you drive a JEEP, SUV or compact vehicle (please see our featured images); However during the snow season we can only guarantee the one (top) parking spot will be professionally plowed. As expected every year, heavy snow is unpredictable, but so much fun on the slopes! You will have access through the front door to the entire house. You will receive key instructions once you have booked with us.

EXTRA BONUS! We offer you a 10% discount at Santana Mavericks Unique Crafted Foods Bar and Grill , which is located about 8 minutes away, near the village. They have great reviews on yelp and amazing food! We will leave the discount coupons inside the home prior to your arrival. Enjoy either breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Stay up-to-date on weather conditions as they will impact your drive to/from the mountain. Chains will be required during winter and when snowy conditions are present. The City of Big Bear Lake does not allow curb side pickup of trash and provide dumpsters at the city entrance. It is very convenient. Otherwise the charge per trash bag left on the property is $20/bag. Help us keep our place sparkling clean!
