We were disappointed to hear that some areas of the home were not fully cleaned when you arrived. As soon as you contacted us, we responded promptly, contacted our cleaning team, and had them on their way to address the areas you mentioned. Unfortunately, you chose to clean those areas yourself before the cleaners arrived. We were sorry for the inconvenience and did our best to make the situation right, including accommodating a late checkout. Regarding the air conditioning, the home is intentionally equipped with individual window AC units rather than central air, and this is reflected in our listing. While we understand that may not be everyone's preference, many of our guests actually appreciate being able to adjust the temperature independently in each bedroom. We take our guests’ feedback seriously and are always looking for ways to improve. We will continue working closely with our cleaning team to ensure the home is thoroughly checked and prepared before every arrival.
