The Space:

Upon entering this gorgeous property through the front door, you’ll reach a staircase with access to the basement level as well as the second story. Take the stairs down to check out the secondary living room space, complete with a smart TV, a Pac-Man tabletop game for 3, and a sofa sleeper for 2 to lounge on that converts into a full-sized bed. From here, you’ll have access to the outdoor hot tub, which fits up to 5 people, as well as a guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and its own full-sized bathroom.

Once you head up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll feel right at home as you enter the ample main living, kitchen, and dining space. This second-story living room is furnished with a plush full-sized pullout couch that sits in front of a roaring stone fireplace and features a smart TV mounted on the mantle for relaxation after a long day spent on Park City’s slopes.

From here, the kitchen and dining area is just a few steps away, complete with all the stainless steel appliances your heart desires, a cozy breakfast nook with bar seating for 4, and a convenient Keurig coffeemaker to fulfill your morning caffeine cravings. Sit with your family and friends at the generous dining room table with room for up to 6 people and enjoy your favorite meal as the mountain light floods in through the large windows. There’s also a half-bathroom on this floor as well, located conveniently nearby the main living space, as well as access to a balcony grilling area with incredible views of the backyard.

Head up the stairs to check out the bedrooms on the third floor of this charming getaway. The first bedroom on this floor features a queen-sized bed, its own mounted smart TV, and a spacious closet for luggage or any other guest items. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a set of queen-sized bunk beds that are perfect for your younger party members, as well as another smart TV to keep them entertained. These rooms share a full-sized bathroom, which is set up with a full shower/tub combo and a marble-topped vanity to make getting ready for the slopes a breeze. On this floor, you’ll also find a conveniently-located washer and dryer in the hall closet.

Just up the stairs on the final floor of this mountain home is the master bedroom, which features a comfortable king-sized bed, a mounted smart TV, and a cozy leather chair to read your favorite books in. Start your morning in the ensuite bathroom at the gorgeous marble-topped double vanity, or relax in the jacuzzi-style tub after a long day spent boating on Jordanelle Reservoir. Just outside of the master bedroom is the dedicated workspace, which boasts a desk with a chair for you to get your tasks completed before you head off for more Park City fun.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, including the outdoor spaces and hot tub, in addition to the 2-car garage.

The Neighborhood:
This charming home can be found in a peaceful, tranquil neighborhood, only a little over a half-mile walk from Jordanelle State Park’s recreation areas and about a mile away from the upcoming Mayflower Resort. This location also puts you only a 4-minute drive from the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley, so even if Park City is around the bend, this home is still a close distance to all the skiing and boarding action.

Getting Around:
All of Park City’s attractions, including world-class ski runs, five-star restaurants, and boutique shopping, are just a 15-minute drive away from this family-friendly getaway, and Uber/Lyft is always available if you don’t have a vehicle to drive yourself. Another option is to park at one of the lots for the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley (just a few minutes up the road from the property) and use the gondola service to save yourself the rest of the drive into Park City itself.

Other Things to Note:
This home has central heating and cooling installed, controlled by smart Nest thermostats. Please note that there is only stair access to the various levels of this home. Please also note there is a camera located inside the garage.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
