Summary:

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place! Vibrant 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach bungalow in the heart of Pacific Beach just 3 blocks to the ocean, 4 blocks to the bay, and 2 blocks from the bustling business district on Garnet. We have chairs, boogie boards, towels, umbrellas and everything else you need for the beach so pack some bags, park your car in the designated spot and head out to take in the best weather in the world!



The Space:

A "groovy" and fun 2 bedroom with 4 sleeping areas (1 king, a sleeper sofa (queen), and bunk beds (2 full)). 2 smart televisions and high-speed internet for entertainment (or work...). The bungalow has a private outdoor space as well off the kitchen.



Guest Access:

The entire unit is yours. There is also an assigned parking space off the alley behind the building. And we have a shared garage with all the beach amenities you will need during your visit.



The Neighborhood:

Pacific Beach is one of the best spots in San Diego. Great bars and restaurants are all within 5-10 minutes on foot. The beach vibe is alive here but you are just far enough away from the beach that you can leave behind the late-night noise and craziness and wind down in peace.



Getting Around:

The unit comes with a designated parking spot for one car in the alleyway behind the garage. However, if your vehicle is over 15 feet, it will not fit in the spot. Street parking is easy to come by. We've partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. With flexible pricing and local pickup & drop-off, you’re minutes away from riding around San Diego in style. Please mention that Vacation Rentals By Aaron sent you!



Other Things to Note:

PARKING: There is assigned parking in the alleyway behind the garage. However, if your vehicle is over 15 feet, it will not fit in the spot. Please plan to park on the street.

For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Great location. Responsive host. Small knocks are smelly bath towels, squeaky bunk bed, some street noise at night. Property could be better lit outside. We wandered around a bit in the dark when trying to find it from the alley.

Great place, great location. I stayed here a few nights with my teenage kids. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It's walking distance to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and a short drive to the airport and sea world. It comes with a full kitchen, bbq, and plenty of beach chairs to use. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect PB location

Perfect location, close to amazing restaurants and fun bars! Absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay! Beds comfy, water pressure good, kitchen well equipped and so nice to have parking and even extra if needed. The patio was so nice to have in addition to beach chairs and umbrellas. Definitely will be going back!

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is very stylish and cute. The kitchen has everything you might need and is well appointed. Location is great, walkable to the beach and tons of restaurants. Being on a busy street, it was a little noisy, particularly after the bars closed. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay. The location was even better than we had hoped. You can take a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The space itself had a very friendly vibe and was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Spring Break Getaway

This space was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean, the room set up was perfect. The kitchen and bath had everything you would need. I’ve been to several other VRBO and had to bring everything yourself or buy it (ie: spices, dish soap etc) Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Highly recommend recommendpatios

One week AC unit in the living room is not enough to cool the entire home. We also had to sleep with windows closed due to the location directly on a very busy street where motorcycles were racing until about 2am. We left after two nights, even though we booked seven. The owner agreed to refund us for the nights he was able to re-book, and looking at the calendar it appeared he did, but were only refunded 300.

Caitlin, we have literally had this unit with this layout through significantly warmer times of the year and never had any complaints. That "weak" AC unit you refer to is designed to cool up to 1000 SF which is in excess of the space being cooled. You booked the unit fully apprised of the AC situation as it is disclosed in our ad (you reached out and asked about an alternate unit with central AC and on the water/sand after you arrived). You also failed to mention that you also were upset you were 3 blocks from the beach (another clearly disclosed item). We have 8 units there an never once had a complaint about street noise since the units are set back a fair distance from the street and the rooms are in the back of each unit. Finally, we were being gracious in giving you any $ back. Our cancellation policy (also disclosed) is very clear. However, we always endeavor to refund a guest to the extent we can rebook the unit. In this case you rented Wed-Wed left Friday and we rushed our cleaner in to capture a last minute weekend booking. We gave you exactly what they paid us in accommodation rate. Perfect location!

This was the perfect location! Walking distance to anything you need. When we first arrived and noticed it was on a pretty busy street I was nervous but it was never a problem. The house had everything we needed & was in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the record player in the living room & the whole house was perfectly curated. We were supplied coffee essentials & a Brita, which was all we personally needed in our kitchen knowing we wanted to explore. We hope to stay there again on another trip to San Diego soon!

Good for our needs

We enjoyed our stay. Great to check in and not have to rush to the store for coffee, creamer and sugar because it was provided. Space worked out well for myself, my husband and two teenage kids. It is a little noisy since it’s right on a busy street (Grand) and we left windows open to try to get a breeze at night. Everything really went well though. Water heater stopped working the day before our departure and owners sent a handyman out early the next morning. Walking distance to the beach and so many stores and restaurants and the gym.

Perfect Pacific Beach Getaway!

We came in from the East Coast on a Saturday night at midnight after a delayed flight. We were so thankful for the clear instructions and communication on how to enter the property. We were even more thankful that there were snacks waiting for us! We stayed for 7 nights and it was the perfect location for our family vacation. Everywhere we visited was within a 15-20 minute drive (Petco Park, SanDiego Zoo etc.) There was parking right there at the condo. It is such a great location in Pacific Beach. There is a grocery store (Ralph’s) within walking distance. Several great coffee shops, ice cream and and restaurants all within 2 blocks. The beach is a mere 5-7 minute walk! Such a great location. The condo itself is so cute and clean with all the necessary amenities plus some! The beds were very comfortable and between ceiling fans and an ac unit we were very comfortable at night. The neighborhood was far enough from the beach area that it was quiet at night. The kitchen was stocked so well with dishes, filtered water, coffee maker and any item you would need to make meals. Shower and bathroom were fully stocked with towels, shampoo etc. but the best was the attention to detail with things like makeup remover wipes, first aid kit and black washcloths for removing make up. This was a solid 10/10 for our family and I highly recommend!!
