Offering 3 bedrooms and 3 fully remodeled bathrooms, this island retreat comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Aquamarine Oasis is centered in the heart of Holmes Beach close to all the restaurants and shops, making it the perfect destination for families and friends seeking a memorable escape.

Step through the door into the vibrant, newly remodeled living area. Here you can gather with loved ones to plan your adventures on Anna Maria Island, unwind while watching your favorite shows on the TV, or simply relax and soak up the welcoming ambiance. A fun foosball table adds a playful touch to the space, while natural light from the skylights and a picturesque view of the pool through the patio doors create an inviting atmosphere.

Adjacent to the living room is another gorgeous sitting area and dining room with table for 6. The fully-equipped, coastal-inspired kitchen is perfect for whipping up island recipes and beloved family meals. Grab a quick snack at the convenient breakfast bar with counter stool seating. For a truly idyllic setting, there is another poolside dining table for 6 where you can dine under the stars.

Aquamarine Oasis offers the convenience of a ground floor master bedroom with ensuite bath. This gorgeous room is flooded with natural light and offers stunning views of the meticulously landscaped backyard. The attached bath features a tub/shower combo and double vanity. A second brand-new bathroom is also located on the ground floor, beautifully remodeled with fresh, modern finishes.

Head upstairs where you will find the second and third bedrooms with king and queen bed, respectively. These rooms share a newly added full bathroom with a sleek, glass-enclosed shower and stylish coastal design. Every guest will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in these charming bedrooms with coastal character and charm. For additional guests, the living room also features a queen sleeper sofa.

Aquamarine Oasis is just a 5 minute walk down 50th Street to a beautiful and peaceful stretch of Holmes Beach. Spend the day making memories at the magnificent Gulf beach and then retreat to your private backyard oasis. Unwind in the inviting, heated pool or lounge on a comfortable chaise. If you don’t feel like cooking you are in luck because several of the island’s best restaurants are a short walk away, such as Hurricane Hank’s, Feast, and the Freckled Fin!

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
