This multi-level, 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home is the perfect escape, conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. With the capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests, this spacious and beautifully designed home offers a truly unforgettable experience. There is a Park and pickleball courts 3 blocks away to the south! Enjoy a playground, basketball hoops, covered picnic area and lots of grass to run in.
No Main level bedroom. No access to garage .
As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a covered front porch that leads into a spacious formal dining area, comfortably seating up to 8 guests. The open kitchen, adorned with sleek granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances, is a chef's dream. Additionally, an elevated breakfast area for four invites you to enjoy delightful morning moments. The main level also features a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, a half bath, and a Trex deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, perfect for embracing the serene surroundings.

The TVs offer streaming services for guest use.
