** MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DO NEARBY **
There is so much to do both in town and nearby here in Pagosa Springs! Wolf Creek ski area gets the most snow in Colorado, is a favorite during winter months, and is 30 min away. There is fishing, camping, canoeing, and climbing in the summer months. Hot Springs are open year-round. Hot Air Balloons will take you up for an amazing adventure year-round and they touch down on a lake. Speaking of lakes – there are 7 in the area! We also have tons of biking trails. The downtown area is full of fun to be had, and it’s about a 45 minute drive to Durango.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The weather can be unpredictable in the mountains! Be prepared for the season you are traveling in.
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Pets are welcome for a $100 (max 2 pets) Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.
