Enjoy this 1 bedroom, 1 bath in North Wildwood that sleeps 6!  This unit has never been rented before and has recently been completely renovated!  This property is all brand new on the inside with Custom Cabintry, all new stainless steel appliances, a flat-screen TV in the living room, and only 2 blocks from the beach.  This beautiful 1 bedroom unit has a nice modern touch along with being in a fantastic location.  With this location you are also towards the beginning of the Wildwood Boardwalk!







Please note we will bring the trash & recycling bins to the curb for you and then take them back to the side of the property once trash & recyclables are collected, so there's no need for you to do this yourself!

We all can agree that this was a very clean, well-maintained place to stay. The appliances were new, beds were very comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. The walk to the beach was not bad at all and it was close to the boardwalk. The place was very accurate to what we saw on the listing. And it was very easy to feel at home once we unpacked everything. Overall we are very happy with our stay and we would give it a 10/10.

Great location!

This property is perfect for families looking to stay close to the beach and the boardwalk. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only downside is if you have noisy neighbours that are staying above you - you can hear them stomping around.

Weather could have been better but no control of that Property was clean but there was a lot of ants in kichen counter, entry door, window and curtain in living area.

The unit was nice, but, it was infested with ants, the bathroom door was damaged and wouldn't close all the way, the parking was terrible, no where to park on street, unit 1 parked in the driveway, we couldn't even get by with our suit cases, and the worst thing was, the person in unit 1,opened our front door and said the code you gave them, also opened our door in unit 2. I was apprehensive to go out for fear, they would come in our unit, while we were out and take our belongings. Thank God they were decent people! Left early, was not happy.Won't rent from here again.

Clean, comfortable, updated

It was a beautiful apartment just as the pictures looked. Everything was comfortable and clean. It was a tight squeeze in the driveway to get suit cases, beach chairs or other bulky items by the cars but you can take the long way around the house with no problem.

Nice place but location wasn't the best

Loved the inside of house but when the others parked in the driveway it was hard to walk out and made the loading of car extremely difficult. Didn't want to scratch the cars while moving out.

Great for a weekend getaway!

The unit was exactly as shown in the listing. Newly renovated & very clean. Kitchen & living space were perfect size for our family (2adults & 1 young child). I didn’t like to see ant traps in the kitchen but this means the property managers are tending to the issue. The beds were comfortable. We added on a linens package - the sheets & towels were new, fresh & clean. Worth the charge. Each bed was pushed up against a wall which isn’t the best configuration but it worked short term. There were drawers & a closet to unpack into. Our entrance was on the side of the property - it was dark at our door at night. A motion detection light on the side (they have one out back) is needed. This property consists of 3 units so we had parties above & next to us. The unit must be pretty well insulated because we were not bothered by noise from the other units which were occupied. I was somewhat bothered that the other unit parties tended to congregate out front in somewhat large numbers
.albeit relatively respectfully/quietly. I liked the way the mgmt company kept in touch with me through the stay to ensure all was going well. The company also left a welcome gift bag of essentials for the you from from coffee, to coozies, to personal & household items. Overall, the experience in total met to slightly exceeded my expectations.
