The dining table has seating for 6, with 4 additional stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances and granite countertops. The private balcony is a highlight of this coastal condo with ample lounge seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 6.

Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony for added luxury. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Brass Rail Villas is a Mediterranean-style gated complex on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include two private community pools, a hot tub and a community picnic area.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
