Dies ist wirklich die erste Einheit bei Brass Rail auf Tybee Island. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im begehrten South End / Pier-Bereich der Insel und ist ideal gelegen, um zu Fuß Restaurants, Bars, den Pier, Geschäfte und das Marine Science Center zu erreichen. Diese Eckeinheit in der obersten Etage, die dem Strand am nächsten liegt, bietet vom geräumigen Balkon aus Meerblick. Das Innere der Einheit bietet ausreichend Platz für alle. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschküche, Master mit König, Gast mit Königin, drittes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eine Einzelkoje über einem weiteren Doppelbett. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Der Aufzug ist in der Nähe der Wohnung für einen einfachen Zugang. Annual family vacation

Excellent location, extremely clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Inaccurate description and picture of number of beds forced one adult to sleep on pull out couch. Kitchen flatware and utensils need replenishing. Lack of beach chairs and only two beach towels for 7 of us.

Amazing location

Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned from the previous guests. The communication was quick to resolve the issue but was still not something we wanted to walk into. The room with the bunk bed does not have another bed like shown in the pictures. The window in that room was broke as well as the TV. Seems like they need maintenance to come and give some attention to fix some small things. The location was amazing! We had a great time and it was close to everything on the island.

Wonderful place to stay!

We had a great time. Great accessibility to restaurants and shops by foot. Elevators make loading and unloading easy. The pavilion and pier are so easily accessible. The accommodations are fantastic. The balcony is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the view.

Perfect girls trip

The condo was AMAZING! There was so much space and it was such a relaxing trip. It only took a few minutes to get to the beach and restaurants and shopping were nearby. The master bath was a dream, the beds were wonderful and we all got restful sleep. My only negative was that the trip was too short-we highly recommend the Brass Rail.

Beautiful condo and great location

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was very nice and the balcony was amazing! It’s in perfect location. Close to pier and plenty of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. The complex is older and pool did not have easy access but over all a great place to stay.

Perfect Location with Ocean View

My family had a great stay at this property on Tybee Island. Could not have had a more convenient location. Steps from the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Having the pools and hot tub were nice when you were back from the ocean but still wanted to swim. The elevator up from the parking lot to the condo made love in/move out a breeze. Will look to stay again.

Location location location!

We had the most amazing time staying on Tybee! It has truly been one of our most favorite vacations we've ever taken. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect! Restaurants, shops, and beach all within walking distance (totally doable for older adults and kids). There was a broken gate in the complex that posed a problem using the golf cart that we rented, but the owner reached out to local police and made sure we were able to drive in the other gate without any problems (due to traffic laws we weren't supposed to use it). The elevator was out for half a day and was quickly fixed. We had very quick and efficient communication with the owner when we needed something. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The patio door knob does need to be fixed as the handle came off when my son was outside and he couldn't get back in, luckily we were able to get it back open quickly. We would absolutely stay again and are planning another visit!

Seaside sunrise

This location proved to be perfect for our family. This condo is steps to the beach and pool. Close to the pier, shopping, and dining. We walked down to the pier to catch the sunrise the first morning and then realized the view is perfect from the condo’s balcony- no need to wake the kiddos. Very family friendly so if you have kids the pool is perfect for making friends and splashing about. If you don’t have kids, be warned there will be splashing and giggling. The condo itself was nicely furnished and had working appliances, including a very much needed and appreciated washer and dryer.

Thanksgiving family reunion

The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable, welcoming, and the gathering place for more of our family who were able to walk from their rentals to our location. We walked to the beach, the pier, the Christmas business street event Saturday, and to each other's rentals. The children's room was perfect (3 children). Parking is a pain, but we ended up appreciating the security the parking garage provided. We left bicycles out, and our door unlocked except at night. The balcony was wonderful, wish it hadn't been so cold or we would practically have lived out there.

The door handle to deck is broken has be for some time as can see marks where it's hit the floor.

It's fantastic location. Can sit on deck and see ocean. Close to everything we cared to do. Would say cleaning person needs to vacuum behind furniture, lots of small trash behind dressers and bed. Cleaning supplies sitting in master bedroom by door. Dishes in dishwasher. Overall very pleased, would rent again.

Brass Rail is a premier location on Tybee!

This was our second time at Brass Rail, but our first in this unit. We love the property and location. It is close to the main strip and pier, has a pool and hot tub and the best staff. Our unit this year has a superb ocean view. This was our third time to the island and we will continue to choose Brass Rail for future stays. Our unit was tastefully decorated and has tv’s in each room, which was nice for downtime. The kitchen has many items, but doesn’t have a culander or cutting board. Not a huge deal, but just a heads up. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fabulous stay at Tybee Island for our first time on the island. The condo was large with plenty of storage and seating. This is the first condo we have rented that had plenty of trash bags, dish and laundry detergent for the whole stay. The unit is older but well maintained. The complex is nice and we enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. One of the mattresses needs replacing, it is obviously worn and uneven. However, for the price compared to other units in the complex/area, minor issues like that can be overlooked.

Great location, could use some TLC

All the previous reviews still hold...too many 'issues' to list again but a few: door handle to porch falls off, TP holder in 1/2 bath fell off, shower curtain rod, towel ring AND towel bar in secondary bath FELL OFF during stay. Lots of little things. BUT having said all that, the location and space is FANTASTIC. I would definitely come back and deal with the many minor inconveniences. Do your customers a favor and hire a handy man for a day.

Location! Location! Location!

Excellent location with a great view of the ocean. Property needs some upkeep. Door to balcony from living space broke. Elevator didn’t work after the first day. Towel bar in master bath come off the wall. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. Only very small frying pan to cook with. It wouldn’t take much to make this place a super nice rental. Just needs a little TLC.

Nice place, but area where condo is located is way over crowded. Over priced for area

Plumbing problems, not adequate supplies for cooking in, parking is not ideal if you have a roof rack with carrier attached. Owner wasn’t really interested in making our stay more enjoyable, she was boarding a flight to NYC and told us to park at Walmart. Um. No I’m not parking my Land Rover at Walmart. Overpriced for the area in my opinion.

Nice with issues

The location and view were amazing. Condo was cute. First problem was the gate code was not listed in the same location as the check in information. Instead it was buried in a separate email. All codes should be in the same place. The primary bedroom TV did not work. When I messaged over they said to check behind the dresser for the cable box. When I did I found an old pair of underwear (still there - I did not touch someone else’s underwear). When I messaged owner about the underwear I never heard back. TV in primary never had cable, but the other rooms did. Otherwise very nice experience.
