Located less than a mile from the beach and only a few blocks from local shops, bars, and restaurants, this convenient retreat makes for an ideal getaway with friends or family. The home features a covered front porch that's perfect for morning coffee, as well as a shaded patio area under the home furnished with string lights, a grill, an outdoor dining table, and plenty of seating for afternoon happy hours or cookouts. There's even an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet and beach gear. The Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center, Roberts Point Park, and the Port Aransas Jetty are all located within a two-mile radius of the home. You'll also have the option to reserve a golf cart for use during your stay!

Charming Texas Coastal decor fills the home, setting a relaxing mood immediately upon arrival. Plush sofas and a smart TV are waiting to welcome everyone for some casual downtime between outings. The full kitchen boasts a suite of stainless steel appliances that are ready to handle all your home cooking needs. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
