The "heated pool" is the public port A pool... not the community pool. there is a paragraph in the booklet on how to deal with the fridge, multiple items on listing were not provided. Second worst place we have stayed. This place is good for senior spring break trip. Not family

Fun Beach Trip

Family of 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty of space, a great play area below, kitchen stocked with lots of dishes! We rented a golf cart and got to the beach easily! Also, used the golf cart to go souvenir shopping—- all in close proximity! Clean, fun, relaxing!

The "fun house"

The "fun house" lived up to it's name! Kids and adults had a blast. The proximity to the pool was handy, as well as the access to the heated pool! Beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked, and everything was close by. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great Home

House was perfect for our group and location right off of 11th Street is exactly where we like to stay when we visit! The fun zone and outdoor space was our favorite part of the home and ice maker was so nice to have! Home was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Fun house!

Great place to stay. This house has everything you need for your stay. It was clean and cozy. They provided extra blankets and pillows for our comfort. Lots of games, ping pong table was a hit for us! TV’s in big rooms was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway

We had the best time! This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beach or into town. (Definitely recommend renting a golf cart!) The pool is walking distance (two houses down) and plenty of overflow parking next to it for groups with multiple cars! We had such a nice relaxing time!

Spring break review

The property was as listed. Great board games for cool evenings. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart through Peyton as it made getting to local shops, restaurants and the beach a breeze.

Tropical Splash

Everything was clean and in order. Very nicely stocked kitchen. It rained the majority of our time there , but lots to do downstairs in the game room and plenty of tv time. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend it.

Perfect for our Retreat

I recently hosted a team retreat for my employees and their families in Port A and was in need of a place that was wheelchair accessible. This home was perfect! There is an elevator that provided access for my employee's daughter plus room to get around inside. The downstairs "recreation" area had a number of activities for the kiddos, plus a firepit and chairs for the grownups. The community pool is right next door. Too cold this trip, but perfect for summer! We highly recommend it!

Loved this property! Very clean, comfortable and easy access to beach, shops, restaurants. A golf cart is nice to rent for getting to the beach. It was nice to have the ice maker in the garage for the coolers. Had all toys for the beach and fun things to do at this house. House had all cooking items needed. Management company was easy to work with. They did not provide beach towels so bring your own. Great location, would stay here again! Thank you!

Best Beach House!

Our family of 7 (5 adult children and grand pets) were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this house! The space is perfect for our bunch. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked several great meals there! The whole house was spotless and smelled so clean when we arrived. The game room downstairs and the empty lot next door provided ample space to play when we weren't at the beach and we loved drinking coffee on our porch! We will definitely stay here again. The beach was an easy 5 minute drive on the back streets so perfect for golf carts or quick runs back to the house for needed supplies. The property management is very responsive! Great job on giving us the best beach house for our last minute getaway!
