Prime location in South Tampa, 33611. 2-min drive to Bayshore Blvd, 5-min to Downtown Tampa. Relatively close to the best shops and restaurants in town; Bern's Steakhouse, International Plaza, Channelside District and Ybor City. This quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.

A. Due to COVID19 personal care items including drinking water, washcloths and others are not provided unless requested in writing 7 days prior to check-in day. 2 bottles of Shampoo and 2 Conditioners are provided per stay.

C. Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Toiletries including linens, sheets and towels will be provided based upon number of guests listed on the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed.

E. Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed.
Violators are subject to penalties and will ask to vacate immediately.

G. Potential for noise, main St, airplanes, traffic.

H. Hair dryer, cleaning supplies, detergent, wine glasses, blender, ice maker, grill, washcloths, ice, drinking water are not provided by the Host.

01. Do you accept pets? If so, what are the fees?
Yes, pets are allowed. Please note as per the platform’s policies and procedures, if you have a service pet or support animal, we need a copy of the certificate and badge for review and approval in order to waive applicable fees. Otherwise, there’s a one time $75 pet fee or a daily $10 pet fee for any 7+ day reservation.

02. Do you have an early check-in?
Yes. Early check-ins are available subject to listing availability. Please send us a message with arrangements request.

03. My flight arrives past check-in time. Am I allowed to check-in after 4:00pm?
It’s self-check-in. You may check in at anytime after 4:00pm. Instructions are sent the day of your check-in via an automated email and it includes the address, access code among other information.

04. Do you have a late check out?
We have a 60-minute gracing period that allow guests to check out between 10am to 11:00am. In the event of any emergencies, please send a message requesting additional assistance or request.

05. Is this a private property?
The listing is private property and will be available to for use of you and your guests only. There are no shared spaces or otherwise other guests outside your party staying at the premises.

06. What are the sleeping arrangements?
Master offers a king size, low platform bed with 12-inch memory foam. The second bedroom offers a low platform full size bed with a 12-inch memory foam.

07. Is there WIFI and TV?
Yes, there is free wireless internet and smart TV to stream apps including Netflix, YouTube among others.

08. Is there a deposit requirement?
No additional payment or deposit is required unless the reservation calls for more than 28 consecutive days.

Yes, we have personnel including housekeeping and maintenance on call, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00am to 11:00pm to better assist you throughout your stay.

For any missing, additional toiletries or maintenance requests, please send us a message on the platform or text line. For any requests received, other than emergencies, after 8:00pm, our onsite staff will handle it the following business day.

22. What are the parking arrangements and what is the cost?
Parking, alike downtown, is on street, first come first serve and it is complimentary. No ticket or tag is needed on dashboard.

Pro’s & cons
We all slept well. At times you could of course hear the planes from the nearby landing strip, but - at least while we stayed - they do not land/take off that often. The street itself is quite quit. Easy parking. For some reason the owner has not provided plates, glasses or mugs in a number/sort as you would expect. There was no chopping-board. Would have given a higher overall rating if those things had been present. Also - the owner wants you to go through the premises upon arrival (have never done that before). In itself this was not an issue for me to go through the house, but: We arrived on a saturday, and when I sent e-mails with the flaws I found (also including a broken drawer in the refrigerator) there was no response. That irritated me - especially since one of the flaws was a missing coffee-pot. (Which I stressed was an important flaw to us.) Later on I by chance got hold of a person with connection to the premises, and he brought a brandnew coffeemachine (including a coffeepot) the next day. But still - this ment that we for several days could not brew morning ciffer “as usual”. The cleaning prior to arrived seemed to have been above standard for VRBO. But they had missed an important thing; in the bathroom someone propably had had a nosebleed or something similar, and at the bottom of the sinkcloset there was a quite large dried stain. Also the toiletbrush (which we later learned was actually broken) was standing directly upon the floor. (No bowl)
