Fire pit, outdoor grill, fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig, crockpot, and blender), washer and dryer, work station with high speed wifi, and gas fireplace.

*Must be 25 years old to reserve and this person must be staying on the property for the duration of the rental.
*Please do not leave trash outside except in the bearicade bins.
*There is a strict no smoking policy (If there is evidence of smoking inside or on any deck structure there will be additional fees)
*No pets allowed
*No parties

*Closest grocery store is about 30 min away from the cabin.

*As of June 2024, brand new walkway down to the fire pit. Bring your own wood and make sure to put out the fire fully before leaving the pit.

We recommended snow tires, 4 wheel drive, and/or chains during winter months due to slick roads. There are no weather related refunds.
