A pavilion area provides space to relax with your snacks; a large BBQ grill & small refrigerator are available. Kulalani's fitness center includes a spa, aerobic equipment, a selection of weight/resistant machines & free weights. Entering from ground level you have the ideal gathering space in the central part of the unit, with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room all feeding out to the large lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time. The well appointed and stocked kitchen will satisfy any chefs in your party. The covered lanai is equipped with your own bbq grill, comfortable sitting areas and table where you will want to spend time relaxing with a coffee or cocktail in hand. You also have the convenience of a powder bath, laundry room and garage access on this level of your home. The upstairs level has two master bedrooms perfectly set up for two couples or a family of four, each with en-suite bathrooms. The main master is a retreat on its own! It has a king sized bed, office area, large walk through closet, inviting spa-like bathroom and a generous lanai. The second master has a queen sized bed with its own bath and the sofa in the living room can be used as a pullout bed as well. This home comes equipped with free WiFi, central air, and useful beach equipment such as a guidebook, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, beach wagon and Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We also provide many other useful items such as laundry and dish soap, shampoo and body wash and paper products. The close proximity to Holoholokai beach park where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and whale watching in season might become a new favorite spot. This neighborhood provides an ideal home base for exploring the Big Island and having somewhere you look forward to coming home to each day. Mauna Lani has everything you need to enjoy your time if staying close to home is your ideal vacation. Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. Great for families
We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed for trips to the beach and pool. The property manager was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. The location is great with the Fairmont in walking distance. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Comfortable & Well-Appointed!
We appreciated the opportunity to stay in this well maintained and appointed Kulalani home in Mauna Lani. The home was very comfortable and kitchen was stocked well. We liked the ability to park in the one car garage and having access to the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. Already looking forward to our next stay here!

Pleasant trip
We liked the place, the resort is beautiful. The unit is spacious and high end. Location is very close to fairmont hotel which was a plus for us. The private beach area is a bit of a drive but beautiful nevertheless. Beach equipment was nice to have. Property manager was courteous. We would stay there again for sure if visiting that area.

Fantastic rental. Exactly what we were looking for in a rental in the exact right location. Jason is a friendly, proactive manager, the property is well maintained, two great pools, two hot tubs, solid gym, and the condo is extremely comfortable and well outfitted. In a world full of underwhelming short term rentals, the new to market 704 Kulalani is excellent. Highly recommended.

Another lovely vacation rental in Mauna Lani
Overall the property and the location were as advertised. Very comfortable and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The beach amenities were super nice to have!
The place fit us 4 very comfortably. You could definitely fit a couple more people, but 4 is nice.
The kitchen was nicely appointed (though you could have more spices and staples like oils, etc. on hand) and the bathrooms had nice soaps and plenty of towels. Overall this rental was worth the price and we would stay there again.

Amazing place!
My daughter and I were able to make a quick getaway to my former home of the island of Hawai'i. Though I was familiar with the Mauna Lani Resort area, I was not familiar with this specific property. Once we pulled in, I knew we had made the right choice. This condo went above and beyond our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and every single detail was well thought-out. Directions and suggestions were clear. All necessities and a TON of extras were included. We just wandered around in awe and quickly realized that some of our plans to go out would be canceled in order to stay in and around the condo. We didn't want to leave but are hoping it is available once again when we return.

Great location for family.
We had a great time staying here. The location was great. And having access to the beach club was amazing. The beach club was maybe a five minute drive from the location. But you could park there at the beach and use the cabanas and lounge chairs. The pool within the condo complex was also very close (may be about 100 yard walk). our kids love the saltwater pool and spa. It was a great location to go to other beaches and other attractions on the island and we used this as our home base. They had all the extra stuff for the beach; chairs, coolers, towels, and even a wagon borrow. You could tell that it seemed like the owners lived there previously. As they had had all the possible kitchen appliances you would ever want. The furniture was all very comfortable to sit on. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals previously and this one was by far the nicest with the most “stuff“ and things you would actually put in your own home. It was nice that they had extras like salt and pepper and you didn’t have to buy all of those every time you wanted to have a meal. The unit is well outfitted, the decor is very nice. It did feel like a home away from home for our short time there. There was a small hiccup with some of the appliances while we were there, but they were very communicative about getting it fixed. I would 100% recommend this location for anyone with a family looking for a place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous!
This property and management did not disappoint! Check in was so easy and Jason was quick with replies to any of our questions during our stay. This kitchen has everything & it was amazing &appreciated. We stayed in Kaua’i a couple of years ago & that kitchen had the bare basics. You don’t realize how nice that is until you go looking for a Tupperware or cookie sheet or salt & can’t find it!
The condo overall was beautifully decorated and light and happy! Just what we wanted for a vacation. The Master bedroom/bath & 2 closets were great. It was nice to have little things like cotton balls & body wash,etc. The half bath on the main floor is convenient too.
We used the fitness center which was very nice and the pools looked great but we didn’t have time to use those. The beach club was nice and there is a unique walk through the fish ponds also. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the beach club as we prefer the Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches. The owners have everything to make a beach day great & we especially appreciated the nice Tommy Bahamas chairs & umbrella. We used the boogie boards one day & it looked like there were children’s sand toys available as well as golf clubs.
The Food land grocery store nearby had a great selection of groceries- especially compared to the Island Market at the Queens shops in Waikoloa village. The little pizza place nearby - Knead and bake makes great pizza also if you need a quick bite to eat.
We would definitely stay here again!
