OVERVIEW
The condo is conveniently located across the street from Park City ski resort, making it the ideal location for your winter ski trip or your summer/fall hiking/biking mountain getaway. A 15-min walk to Main Street, or a 2-min walk to the free Park City shuttle, make an evening on Main Street a breeze. Ski and bike rental, coffee shops, and grocery store are all a 5-min walk. Pool, hot tub & sauna open daily through ski and summer seasons. May close during shoulder seasons. Free onsite parking (some covered). Sleeps 2–6.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This two-bedroom condo is located on the top floor with a covered balcony overlooking a private courtyard. Both bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, brand-new mattresses, and plenty of drawer and closet storage. A queen size pull-out sofa bed in the living room area allows for additional sleeping capacity. Two full bathrooms, one ensuite, ensure everyone gets to the slopes or dinner on time.
The fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, and in the summer a communal grill and seating in the courtyard area, give you the choice of cooking at home or heading out to one of Park City’s many world class restaurants. A Keurig machine and complimentary K-cups are provided to get you started in the morning and the in-condo boot and glove dryer ensure that you start each day with dry fingers and toes. A locked closet for ski, snowboard, bike and other equipment storage is conveniently located on your balcony to provide you peace of mind when you are done with your day's adventures.
A balcony with table and chairs to seat 4 offers a great spot for gathering with friends and family for dinner or a sundowner after a long day on the mountain. Or you can soothe those muscles in the open-air pool and hot tub or the sauna.
Free WiFi and a smart TV allow you to access your own subscription services, or you can make use of the basic HD cable provided. A gas fireplace provides a cozy cottage feel for cooler summer/fall evenings and those brisk winter nights.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Longer Stays: For stays of 30 days or more from April 1 to November 30, please contact host for prior approval. For stays of 15 days or more from December 1 to March 31, please contact host for prior approval. We may require intermittent cleanings for stays that are longer than two weeks.
Summer Stays: For guests staying in the summer, the condo is equipped with two portable ACs and box fans. Please be aware there is no central AC.
Cleaning: We take pride in the cleanliness of our condos and your comfort during your stay. Unlike other places, our cleaners change the duvet covers on every clean, in additional to all sheets and towels.
Other things to note: The condo is on the top floor. There is no elevator, but it is an easy walk up three flights of stairs.
